“Um, Ghislaine Maxwell is in prison and a lot of people want to know if she's going to turn in powerful people, and I know you've talked in the past about Prince Andrew and, uh, you've criticized Bill Clinton's behavior. I heard there was bets going around about how long the Elon/Trump love affair would last. Or maybe it was if it would last. Either way the happily ever after side is feeling real sore right now.

There have been reports that there was starting to be trouble between Elon and Trump. I thought it kind of odd when people at my work were telling me, “Elon had his little son in the oval office! He told Donald Trump, ‘I wish you’d shut up.’”

I thought it kinda silly, but as kids often do, they’ll expose what’s being said behind the scenes in a heartbeat. He might’ve been repeating what he heard his dad saying.

However, this got deep real fast and has culminated in a blow up of epic proportions, fit for the millennium. Defenders defending and critics doing what they do — both sides has their attack dogs ready to go to war and it’s come down to the question that any thinking man/woman must’ve had on their mind at one time or another, “is there something incriminating of the current administration in the Epstein evidence and is that why it hasn’t been disclosed?” According to Elon Musk the answer is yes:

Donald Trump, while campaigning for president, asserted many times very clearly that if elected he was going to release the Robert F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, and John F. Kennedy files that were still being held in limbo.

Now, I don’t know where this started, but from there many influencers, journalists, congressman/woman, went a step further and said he was gonna release the Epstein files. Now, maybe he seen how popular that was with the people and didn’t dispute it, but he also, didn’t explicitly say it. Maybe because there was no chance, he was ever gonna let that happen because there is something that incriminates him in there, maybe not. Here’s Cenk, of the Young Turk’s going off the rails on this subject, but the substance is relevant:

Once again, he is very open about the RFK/MLK/JFK files but is quick to pass the buck to Pam when it comes to Epstein.

Now here is Michael Wolff, whose fame as of late has been his proliferation of books on Trump, Rupert Murdoch, even one on Rudy Giuliani. He says, “He sat down with Jeffrey Epstein for hours long interviews of which they mostly talked about Donald Trump”:

He sat for many, many hours of discussion with me.

I mean certainly 80, 90, probably 100 hours I have of Epstein on tape and one of the discussions, because this was occurring, Trump became the president in 2017, I began writing about Trump. And so, we spent a lot of time talking about Donald Trump and Epstein's relationship with Trump, which was—went on—for a good, certainly 15 years, and was incredibly close.

They were, you know, each other's closest friend for a very long time.

And Epstein, you know, I think Epstein is one of those people who truly knew Donald Trump, knew many secrets about Donald Trump, and was threatening to Donald Trump.

You should keep in mind that Wolff is a very partisan actor. If you notice he’s never written a book about the corruption of the bad actors on the other side, but he included these interviews or drew from them in his latest Trump hate monologue, “All or Nothing: How Trump Recaptured America”, but the complaint he’s making is that none of the networks that normally cover his book releases wanted anything to do with this book.

Think about that, a book that ties Donald Trump to the most notorious pedophile that ever lived, about “how Donald Trump recaptured America” and neither MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, none of them wanted to talk to him about it, why?

So, it would blow your mind to know how many old men, creatures of the cable news days I hear complaining that “Elon Musk is running the White House!” Or maybe you wouldn’t as you live in the same world as I do. Maybe he legitimately thought he would with his ungodly $250 million he poured into the campaign, and his special assignment to cut spending, get to “run the White House”, if you read any biography of Elon, be it friendly or not it’s very clear that Elon is the most determined person you ever heard of and would throw away his own mother if he found a more efficient method to being born. There were some rumblings here and there of Elon not getting along with Trump, which seemed plausible, two megalomaniacs for completely different reasons, I could see them bumping heads.

Then there is talk that his time was running out in the White House being that his “special” status only allows for a short period.

Now, what we were told, to the point of redundancy, for months now was that the goal for the administration, with Elon’s help was to cut waste, fraud, and abuse from the federal bureaucracy, and God knows we needed that! Let’s side-step to the debt clock real fast:

$10 trillion in five years. That’s not even what we can repay, that’s what we don’t have the money to pay. The interest we owe is a trillion by itself. Now look at what it was before the “War on Terror” and Covid. Back in the good old days of 2000:

Well, if Elon and others are correct, after all the work that’s been done, and the mistakes that’s been made and the good favor from supporters squandered to cut waste, fraud, and abuse and decrease the National Debt this new spending package dubbed “One Big, Beautiful, Bill” will add $3.0 trillion to the national debt according to the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget.

After accounting for interest costs on the new debt, we estimate that by Fiscal Year (FY) 2034 the bill would:

• Increase debt by nearly $3 trillion, or roughly $5 trillion if made permanent.

• Increase the deficit to 7.0 percent of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by 2026.

• Double interest costs between 2024 and 2034 to $1.8 trillion (4.2 percent of GDP).

• Increase debt from 100 percent of GDP today to 124 percent of GDP by 2034, 129 percent of GDP if made permanent, and 133 percent if interest rates remain high.

• Significantly front-load costs and back-load savings such that nearly three-quarters of the official primary deficit impact would be in the first four years and a quarter.

However, I must say there's a few cool things in there:

I think Elon is correct. I, however, disagree with his methods, considering that he might have involvement with Epstein too. According to the most-well researched piece of non-fiction on Epstein, One Nation Under Blackmail in Volume 2 by Whitney Webb:

As reported by Business Insider, Jeffrey Epstein had introduced a member of his entourage to Elon’s brother Kimbal Musk, who sits on the board of SpaceX and Tesla. The woman in question, who lived at an apartment at 301 East 66th Street and had previously “dated” Epstein, dated Musk from 2011 to 2012 and the relationship “brought Epstein into contact with the Musk family and its businesses.” It was alleged that in 2012, Epstein had toured a SpaceX facility, though a SpaceX attorney denied the claim six months after it was initially reported. In 2019, it was reported that Epstein had confirmed rumors to journalist James Stewart that he had been secretly advising Tesla.

In comparison, Donald Trump’s name comes up seventy-seven times between volumes 1 & 2, but the difference as far as I can see is nobody ever accused him of hiding any connections, Donald Trump has had a pretty open connection with these people, it’s also true that he banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago after his 2007 pedophile charges that he received a sweetheart deal on because of his connections to intelligence.

Donald Trump purchased the Plaza Hotel in 1988. Known as the pinochle of the sexual-blackmail industry, this hotel was where the mob got dirt on J. Edgar Hoover, giving oral sex to his lifelong assistant, and life partner FBI Deputy Director Clyde Tolson which they used to blackmail him for decades.

Lansky was credited with obtaining compromising photos of FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover sometime in the 1940s, which showed “Hoover in some kind of gay situation,” according to a former Lansky associate, who also said that Lansky had often said of Hoover, “I fixed that sonofabitch.” Meyer Lansky’s widow also later claimed that her husband had acquired “hard proof of Hoover’s homosexuality and used it to neutralize the FBI as a threat to his own operations.” The photos showed Hoover engaged in sexual activity, specifically oral sex, with his long-time friend, FBI Deputy Director Clyde Tolson. There is considerable, separate evidence from the period that the close, professional relationship between Hoover and Tolson was also intimate and that this was an “open secret” in Washington.

Roy Cohn, who was Donald Trump’s mentor and attorney before his death, would throw parties called the “Blue Suite” parties used to compromise the rich, famous, and powerful, and J. Edgar would appear as “Mary Hoover.”

These parties were thrown at the Plaza Hotel. Donald Trump bought the hotel right after Cohn’s death from AIDS.

Cohn was the biggest connection between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. Cohn shared many clients with Jeffrey Epstein including notorious arms trafficker Adnan Khashoggi.

Trump said Elon was upset with Trump because he had got rid of Elon’s pick for Head of NASA, because Elon’s pick, “was a Democrat, and had donated to Democrats.” He also said Elon was upset because they had cut the “E.V. (Electric Vehicle) mandates,” which would be lucrative for Tesla, and he, Trump, wishes Elon would target him instead of the bill which is of course “Big & Beautiful.”

Separately he responded, “Forget about the EV stuff, it’s never about this. Whatever. Keep the EV/solar incentive cuts in the bill. Even though no oil & gas subsidies are touched (very unfair!!!) but ditch the MOUNTAIN of DISGUSTING PORK in the bill.

“In the entire history of civilization there has never been legislation that was both “big” and “beautiful” everyone knows this.

“Either you get a big and ugly bill or a slim and beautiful bill.

Ryan Grim of Breaking Points says, “Obviously he wants the EV subsidies but on the other hand he could outcompete, probably, or before he torched his own brand. He could’ve outcompeted the other companies in a world without subsidies for the other ev companies… However, the big issue is this gets in the way of his ‘Mission to Mars.’ If the Federal Government can’t borrow because it’s already given all the money away in tax cuts, then, who, nobody else has the power to go to Mars unless he can suck up to Chairman Xi”

And for the final escalation Elon takes it all the way there. Publicly stating that the reason the Epstein Files haven’t come out is because Donald Trump is in the files.

I actually very vaguely remember reading this somewhere, ah, I found it:

However, I believe one of his biographies talk about how he became a US citizen. He is actually a US citizen now but how he went about getting it was not at all what would be considered legal by any administration, especially this one. Here’s the facts:

• Originally from South Africa, Elon moved to Canada before coming South to America in 1995.

• In 1995, he entered the U.S. on a J-1 student visa to attend Stanford University but never enrolled in Stanford.

• Instead of attending school he focused on his founding tech venture, Zip2, which was a clear violation of visa terms.

• Zip2 investors were concerned about this at the time and demanded him and Kimbal get work permits.

• Elon claimed he transitioned from a J-1 visa to an H1-B work visa.

Steve Bannon knows this and with his companies being so important to the U.S. I wouldn’t be surprised if that actually happened. Elon just threatened the president publicly. If Elon decommissioned SpaceX, meaning cease all its activities:

• NASA heavily relies on SpaceX, especially the Crew Dragon capsule, for transporting astronauts and cargo to and from the ISS.

• Decommissioning SpaceX would leave astronauts currently on the ISS with no readily available ride home, as Boeing's Starliner is still experiencing technical issues and isn't expected to be a viable alternative for some time.

• Without a reliable way to transport crews and supplies, the future of the aging ISS would become increasingly uncertain.

• In the short term, the ISS crew might be reduced to only three astronauts, the capacity of a Russian Soyuz capsule, forcing NASA to potentially resume purchasing seats from Russia.

• SpaceX is crucial to NASA's plan to land astronauts on the moon through the Artemis program. Without the Starship lunar lander, this goal would face significant delays.

So, this is an ongoing story. There are a few things the different factions had to say, and I agree with:

Elon, if Donald Trump is in the Epstein files, and that is why they are not being released than you are complicit with getting a pedophile elected to office.

Donald Trump, you created this monster. You gave in too much; you allowed a maniac in that you would’ve known was a maniac if you read a book once in your life.

This is what it looks like to me, there is a connection to Elon and Epstein, and there is a connection to Trump and Epstein, and I believe both connections are just as benign as the other.

HOWEVER, we’ve received as much as we ever will from the powers that be as far as disclosure on this subject. The rest is up to independent investigative journalists.

It, truly, always has been. The most recent Epstein release had less in it than had already been uncovered by investigative journalists, and there are far too many people in power that could be exposed by further disclosure to expect any more, and that includes Elon.

Elon is simply an erratic manic depressive that will burn down the whole world in his moments of maniacal psychosis.

And Donald Trump is power hungry narcissist that is trying to leave behind a legacy.

Elon believes he’s been sent to save the world, and Donald Trump believes he was sent to save the country.

They’re probably both wrong.

If the former era was considered the “War on Terror” era the new era should be considered the “War on Populism”. The age before that was the “War on Communism”, “Radicalism”, “White Nationalism”, it seems these people who you’d never find in “Basic Training” always have a war to fight. The same folks, aside from the presidency, that were once the warriors against terrorism, communism, radicalism, etc. are now the same folks fighting the “good” fight against populism.

During these wars of all sorts and sizes, many techniques and legislative exercises were developed to fight these various ism’s, that in the last decade have been re-aimed and recalibrated inward. And the Trump administration, once the target of their aims, is now following the same playbook and firing off himself. It’s very strange that the enemies of populism, and in turn the enemies of the American people, once the intelligentsia of the United States is still taking aim at the arch-populist that is Donald Trump, as he’s heading full speed toward their side of the fence. Maybe that’s their aim, we’ll never know. But this isn’t about whether every policy that Donald Trump is carrying out is purely “For the People”, this is more about the what of populism? And why does it get such a bad name?

“A government of the People, by the People, for the People.”

For that to be the standard anything less than populist should be, and is, not accepted. Every four years the person who seems to be the most populist wins.

Think about that, if Kamala Harris’ final stand in her campaign hadn’t been dragging out names from the most anti-populist presidency in our memory, the Cheney’s, would she have won? Nobody had worse policies than George W. Bush, nobody. And the very worst of his administration? Dick Cheney, no doubt! George W. Bush’s way to reform social security was for everyone to invest portion of their paychecks into stocks, not long before the financial crisis. Idiot!

That was surely the final straw for me, and the last thing I, and many others like me, could remember of her on election day.

This is the Age of Populism

I very often describe the age that we are in as the information age, but I believe that is shorthand for what this actually is, the “Age of Populism.”

With the availability of information and how-to at such a large scale, never before has there been more opportunity to do and be anything you want. But it’s not just information that makes this possible, however, it is a lot of it.

The fact that I am able to do what I am doing right now is Populism.

Thomas Frank wrote an excellent book a few years ago rebuking the anti-populist sentiment of the institutionalized class — as I like to call them — since 1896 called “The People, NO!!!”

Which, by the way, if you have access to, he says what I am saying way better than I could and I will be poaching quite a bit from it.

It concludes with what I would describe as an early instance of the possibility now allotted to us all by the internet. The Haldeman-Julius “Little Blue Book” Collection. Here is Thomas Frank on the first experiment in information dissemination to the masses:

Let me relate one final tale of democracy’s promise. It’s a story that starts with the Appeal to Reason, the legendary Kansas newspaper that began life as a supporter of the People’s Party before transferring its allegiance to the Socialists.

Years later, as Socialism followed Populism into oblivion, the remaining editor of the Appeal to Reason, a child of Jewish immigrants named Emanuel Haldeman-Julius, cast about looking for ways to rescue the sinking publishing operation. The idea he eventually hit upon in 1919 owed much to the old Populist traditions of pamphleteering and mass popular education: left-wing essays, famous works of literature, and self-education tracts printed up in pocket-sized form and priced so low—five cents—that virtually anyone could afford them.

The People’s Pocket Series, he called them, before eventually changing the name to the Little Blue Books. You could buy them from vending machines in railroad stations. You could get twenty titles for a dollar, postpaid from Girard, Kansas. They were great books for the common man, a bridge between the agrarian radicalism of the 1890s and the labor radicalism of the 1930s.

The Little Blue Books, Haldeman-Julius once wrote, represented “a democracy of literature” in which the highest of highbrow culture was made available to anyone who wanted it. They were not meant to be showy: their covers were unpretentious; their paper was coarse and uneven. Yet this flatly proletarian business model was an overwhelming success. Ten years after launching his cheapskate publishing empire, Haldeman-Julius had sold a hundred million of the little books. By 1951, the year he died, there were some twenty-five hundred different titles in his warehouse in Kansas; the grand total of Little Blue Books sold came to five hundred million.

The books themselves are relics of an age when tramps read Zola and dirt farmers wanted to know about Goethe and every village had an atheist who could quote Tom Paine or Robert Ingersoll. Scan the biographical literature on Haldeman-Julius and you will find testimonials from people who read Little Blue Books while on strike or while in prison, people who read them on the subway train, people who passed them around in hospitals and at boardinghouses.

Haldeman-Julius’s idea was not to reinforce hierarchies of taste but to demolish them—to “put all books on the same level,” as he once wrote. “The door to learning and culture has been forced open,” proclaimed one of his ads from the 1920s. The plain blue booklets were “not intended to decorate shelves but to enrich minds,” announced another.

The historian Christopher Lasch once famously declared that the professions “came into being by reducing the layman to incompetence.” Haldeman-Julius’s idea was to do the opposite—to undermine elites by making ordinary people capable. The Little Blue Books were emphatically about the intelligence of the “self-taught” American, about their ability to read Ibsen and Balzac on their own, about their power to undertake complicated projects by themselves: How to Psycho-Analyze Your Neighbors; How to Be a Gate Crasher; Airplanes and How to Fly Them; How to Make Your Own Cosmetics; How to Acquire Good Taste; How to Be a Modern Mother; How to Become a Writer of Little Blue Books; How to Build Your Own Greenhouse, and here, have a shot of Schopenhauer while you’re building it.

The big idea behind the enterprise, Haldeman-Julius wrote, was to put an end to “cultural, intellectual, economic and political subservience and inferiority.”

“There are men (rich and powerful) who shudder at the thought of a free world—free thinking, free living, sane behavior, mass health and happiness, individual freedom and social responsibility, the right to candid speech on any possible subject. They live on lies. I don’t merely disapprove of them. I more than dislike them. I hate them with an implacable hatred.”

This form of populism was no “celebration of ignorance.” It was a one-man campaign against the falsehoods of the mighty, against racism and intolerance, against organized religion, against superstition, against conventional interpretations of history, against orthodoxy of every kind.

Isn’t that a great empowering story, “Of the People, By the People, for the People.” That’s what Populism is! Now, compare that story with what they want you to believe it is:

“Populism arrays the people against the intelligentsia, natives against foreigners, and dominant ethnic, religious, and racial groups against minorities,” charges the Berkeley economist Barry Eichengreen. “It is divisive by nature. It can be dangerously conducive to bellicose nationalism.” The Populist Temptation: Economic Grievance and Political Reaction in the Modern Era

Interesting, well there is more to that story:

For our purposes, though, it is Haldeman-Julius’s campaign against racism that means the most. Several Little Blue Books dealt with the Klan, which was generating great clouds of toxic nonsense in the twenties. In one of these, Haldeman-Julius described the Klan as a “viper,” a “beast,” a spreader of “poison,” “bigotry,” and “reaction.” In 1927 his wife, Marcet Haldeman-Julius, authored one of the most striking Little Blue Books of them all: an original account of a lynching in Little Rock, Arkansas, written so soon after the event that it reads like firsthand reportage. As the awful story unfolds, she interviews the people involved and describes the scenes in brutal detail: the cowardice of the city officials; the insane vindictiveness of the white population; the members of the mob who aren’t ashamed of what they’ve done.

It might seem if you were following the headlines currently that Eichgreen’s quote on populism was accurate, but I’d argue that isn’t populism. Populism is the charge that they wish we hated about the current administration, it's what they want us to hate about the current administration but, it isn’t that.

Anything Donald Trump does that is not for the people is not populist. Cutting H1-B visa’s? Populist. Cutting Visa’s for opposing Palestinian genocide? Not Populist.

Cutting foreign aid for countries that can afford free healthcare? Populist.

Opposing free healthcare to benefit the medical and pharma lobby? Not Populist.

An Executive Order restoring freedom of speech for all people in the country? Populist.

Unless they oppose Israeli policies? Not Populist.

Free trade? Not Populist.

Tariffs? Not sure.

Bernie Sanders is known for being on the Populist Left. According to him ‘Open Borders? That was a Koch Brothers proposal.

Immigration so lax that anyone can come in doesn’t benefit anyone, including legal immigrants, so therefore a lot of the current administration’s policies are? Populist.

Once you start deporting people based on your donor’s nationality, well, that’s not Populist.

Last week Donald Trump proposed “Taxing the Rich”, that is Populist.

The backlash he got for it from Wall Street? Not Populist.

That is why populism is hated by so many of the internationalist types, Their gonna tax the rich! It’s Socialism, sorry, we should, and I believe I would feel that way if I wasn’t making $25K/year on my best year. Rich people should at least be taxed at the same rate as middle class workers, if they are going to be taxed at all. Either all one standard, or cut the tax, period. Anything else is nuts.

Are you saying it makes sense for the lowest paid workers to pay more taxes than the 1% of America? Make that make sense. By the way, Populist.

Steve Bannon says, (and I think every leftist would be in favor of this) “Populism is anti-elitism, it’s anti-crony capitalism.” And I think if you’re against that, you are against America.

Hey, Why the Long Faces?

The government has decimated every populist movement from the anti-war movement and civil rights movement of the 60’s with COINTELPRO, Operation CHAOS, and the various MK’s to the movement against free trade in the 90’s with agents provocateurs in the protest movement. The anti-war movement of the ‘00’s.

The DNC destroyed Bernie and left them with nice, safe, internationalist warmonger, who’d been bankrolling their organization to take presidency. After all, the people would never vote for the horrible populist Trump, right???? Right.

When Donald Trump got elected, Brexit passed in the United Kingdom, populism was on the rise and it was time for another war, battlefield Earth. They knew just what to do.

Thomas Frank describes it like this:

“Populism” is the word that comes to the lips of the respectable and the highly educated when they perceive the global system going haywire like this. Populism is the name they give to the avalanche crashing over the Alpine wonderland of Davos. Populism is what they call the mutiny that may well turn the supercarrier America into a foundering wreck. Populism, for them, is a one word evocation of the logic of the mob; it is the people as a great rampaging beast.

What has happened, the thinkers of the Beltway and the C-Suite tell us, is that the common folk have declared independence from experts and along the way from reality itself. And so they have come together to rescue civilization: political scientists, policy advisers, economists, technologists, CEOs, joining as one to save our social order. To save it from populism.

This imagined struggle of expert versus populist has a fundamental, almost biblical flavor to it. It is a battle of order against chaos, education against ignorance, mind against appetite, enlightenment against bigotry, health against disease. From TED talk and red carpet, the call rings forth: democracy must be controlled … before it ruins our democratic way of life.

In attacking populism, the object is not merely to resist President Donald Trump, the nation’s thinkers say. Nor is the conflict of our times some grand showdown of Left and Right. Questions like that, they tell us, were settled long ago when the Soviet Union collapsed. No, the political face-off of today is something different: it pits the center against the periphery, the competent insider against the disgruntled sorehead. In this conflict, the side of right is supposed to be obvious. Ordinary people are agitated, everyone knows this, but the ones whose well-being must concern us most are the elites whom the people threaten to topple.

And how did they attack? They used every ability within their power.

A fellow elite who helped to push the war in Iraq:

“Democracies End When They Are Too Democratic” blared the title of a much-discussed 2016 essay by Andrew Sullivan. An article in Foreign Policy expressed it more archly: “It’s Time for the Elites to Rise Up Against the Ignorant Masses.”

The 2017 “global report” for Human Rights Watch was titled, simply, “The Dangerous Rise of Populism.” In March of that year, former British prime minister Tony Blair rang the alarm with a New York Times essay titled, “How to Stop Populism’s Carnage.” At about the same time he founded the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, an organization whose website announces that populists “can pose a real threat to democracy itself.”

Sober citizens were worrying about populism at the Aspen Ideas Festival. Scholarly types were moaning about it at the annual Prague Populism Conference. High-net-worth individuals reviled it at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. The cool kids deplored it on the plains of Texas—at SXSW, a festival that originated as a punk rock gathering. In the Netherlands, the

Friedrich Naumann Foundation sponsored an event and described it like this: Populism has become a wide spread phenomenon throughout the world. The danger of their backward-looking nostalgia for an idealized past, half-truths and fake news stories pose a threat for free and open societies.

At Brigham Young University a squad of experts on this dangerous phenomenon were ready to go even before 2016; “Team Populism” (as it called itself) swung into action with a flurry of policy memos and innovative statistical techniques. At Stanford, the “Global Populisms Project,” which is co-chaired by a prominent former member of the Obama administration, declared as follows on its website: “Populist parties are a threat to liberal democracy.”

And in bipartisan fashion:

The liberal Center for American Progress came together in 2018 with its Beltway nemesis, the conservative American Enterprise Institute, to issue a report on “the threat of authoritarian populism” and to outline “the task facing America’s political elites” as they went about beating it down.

*The National Endowment for Democracy, supposedly a nonpartisan foundation, hosted a launch party for two books dedicated to pumping up the fear. Anti-Pluralism: The Populist Threat to Liberal Democracy was one of them; in it political scientist William Galston announced that “Populists damage democracy as such.” The People vs. Democracy was the other; in it political scientist Yascha Mounk wrote that populism is a “disease.”

And the disease was spreading; it was in fact an epidemic. “There can no longer be any doubt that we are going through a populist moment,” Mounk continued. “The question now is whether this populist moment will turn into a populist age—and cast the very survival of liberal democracy in doubt.

Populist governments in Hungary and Poland have intensified their efforts to weaken core liberal institutions such as a free press, independent civil society, and constitutional courts. Majorities in both countries increasingly are defining their national identity in exclusionary ethnic and religious terms, and anti-Semitism in on the rise. With rhetoric and imagery reminiscent of the 1930s, Hungary’s Viktor Orbán has castigated Hungarian-born Jewish financier George Soros as the architect of the European refugee crisis. After Poland criminalized public discussion of its role in the Holocaust, the Polish prime minister characterized some Jews as collaborators in the destruction of European Jewry.

Because President Vladimir Putin’s embrace of ethno-nationalism and religious traditionalism has proved attractive to populist movements, their rise has strengthened Russian influence throughout Europe. He offers an attractive model of renewed, unapologetic patriotism and national confidence. He has shown that when liberal democracy is not deeply rooted, democratic governance failures can open the door to authoritarianism that enjoys widespread support, despite the erosion of individual liberties and the rule of law.

So, if you caught that, antisemitism is populism, and Vladimir Putin likes populism.

After all these years of demonizing populism it’s no surprise that when Steve Bannon shows up on a podcast with some leftist viewers people are very surprised at what they hear! They thought this guy was a fascist!

Turns out he just dislikes people being poor. Hmmm…

The Switcheroo’s Keep Happening

So, this really gets to the bad name. Every president runs as populist, wins as populist, continues to be called populist but somewhere along the way is no longer populist.

Bill Clinton ran for president as a Democrat, for the people. From there he passed policies that were worse on the people at large than any president in history. Policies so bad that Hitler and Stalin would tip their hats to him.

As Steve Bannon said in the podcast above, “every great financial crisis triggers a populist backlash.” I disagree with that. Because when you say that what logically follows from that statement is “therefore, populism-bad,” and I just don’t agree with that.

It is true that every crisis has blowback, and maybe you could call it a populist backlash if what follows is more populist than what came before it, but that seems to be casting unnecessary evils onto something that might actually be, the people, looking for a candidate that is more for the people. What is American leadership if not that.

However, every presidency, the president runs on for the people policies, gets elected by the people, then throws the “of the people” straight into the wastebin.

Bill Clinton raised the minimum wage, expanded the earned income tax credit, and placed a substantial tax on the wealthy. Then he signed NAFTA, sent all the jobs overseas, and if you’re anything like me and end up drowning your sorrows in, or attempt to produce money from, the biggest drug of the 90’s, he fucked ya there too when he passed the ‘94 crime bill.

Although NAFTA was negotiated under Bush Sr, Bill signed it, he could’ve stopped it. Brent Scowcroft, under H.W. Bush, met with Chinese officials offering to normalize trade cooperation with China and offered to get China into the new organization he was laying the groundwork for, the World Trade Organization. Big surprise to Bush, he lost in the 1992 Election, and this was passed on to the populist Democrat Bill Clinton and created in ‘95.

He (George H.W. Bush) pushed for economic liberalization in other ways, too. After the Soviet Union fell, his administration advocated for it in Eastern Europe, and over time, the policies he supported there attracted “a wave of factory investments from global automakers, suppliers and other industries,” according to Automotive News.

As president, he ignored pleas from American automakers to protect their profits by keeping Japanese cars out of the United States, or at least making them more expensive. “There would be an immediate boost to the industry and to the economy if Japan would temporarily back off from their relentless pursuit of increased U.S. market share,” Chrysler chief Lee Iacocca wrote to the president in 1991.

Bush refused to help and would not name Japan an unfair trading partner. The president opposed government-imposed quotas and joined the leaders of General Motors, Ford and Chrysler on a trip to Japan to meet with the top officials at Toyota and Honda.

His biggest accomplishment, though, was the negotiation of NAFTA, and he signed the accord just a month before leaving office

But Bill Clinton, supported, signed it into law, and took the credit for it, bad or good. Unfortunately for him, it was the former.

Let’s move on to the ‘94 crime bill, co-authored by our very own, Joe Biden. More specifically, The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994. Democrats have always had trouble with feeling the need to puff out their chests and appear to be the ones actually “tough on crime”. You see this metastasize in every democratic campaign most recently with Kamala Harris, who was presenting herself as a “cop” who “knew how to handle criminals (Donald Trump).”

According to the ACLU the ‘94 Crime bill gave the federal stamp of approval for states to pass even more tough-on-crime laws. By 1994, all states had passed at least one mandatory minimum law, but the crime bill encouraged even more punitive laws and harsher practices including by prosecutors and police, to lock up more people and for longer periods of time.

“1994 law shaped Democratic Party politics for years to come. Under the leadership of Bill Clinton, Democrats wanted to wrest control of crime issues from Republicans, so the two parties began a bidding war to increase penalties for crime, trying to outdo one another.

“The platform encouraged states to pass truth-in-sentencing laws, bragged about instituting the death penalty for nearly 60 more crimes, and even encouraged the prosecution of young people as adults.”

The most punitive and I believe the most outwardly racist of these laws was the “100-1” statute, which means that powder cocaine, which is more expensive and more prominent in Richy white communities, politicians, Wall St, etc. carried 1/100 of the sentence as crack, or rock cocaine which, because of the market for it, and the ability to sell it at any amount, is more common in the black community, and being that it’s the exact same substance, you just ingest it differently, this was an extremely racist, if there ever was one, and unjust law.

Specifically, let’s say 5 years, because that’s where the statute starts at, you get a mandatory minimum of five years in prison for one gram of rock cocaine, you would have to have five hundred grams of powder cocaine for the same mandatory minimum.

George W. Bush was elected in 2000 as an anti-war populist Republican and we all know how that turned out. That may be what he ran on but his administration all the way up to his Vice had other plans.

They enacted a surveillance state unlike anything ever seen. Created the TSA, who has never stopped a terrorist in 24 years, the DHS-whose idea of “Homeland” Security is issuing “REAL I.D.” so they can protect you from yourself—cost the American people 8 trillion dollars, fighting wars that were either unneeded, not fightable, and caused more harm to the American people they were supposed to protect than a hundred 9/11’s in every major city in America. The switcheroo was so immediate it is almost never commented on.

Barack Obama ran as an anti-war populist against the wealthy insider first lady who got us into the mess as it stood, Hillary Clinton, and against John McCain of the Senate Arms Committee who never seen a war he didn’t love and ran on Staying in Iraq for a hundred years! A commonplace in our politics “Change” vs. “More of the Same” the people will always choose change.

As soon as he was elected the fix came in. He increased the warfare in Afghanistan, leading to the rise of Isis in Syria, to fight Isis in Syria he elected “moderate rebels” who included factions of al-Qaeda. You know, the guys we were just at war with, it was mess after mess after mess.

The financial crisis took place, he bailed out all the banks, with nothing in return, made sure the crooked bankers got their bonuses while the American people were starved out and left in the streets.

And go figure, Citi Group & Goldman Sachs, actually picked his cabinet for him. Sound crazy? We know this thanks to Rolling Stone’s publishing our own ’s expose “Obama’s Big Sellout.” Which is essential reading if you’re interested in how we got here. Just read this because it says it all:

Barack Obama ran for president as a man of the people, standing up to Wall Street as the global economy melted down in that fateful fall of 2008. He pushed a tax plan to soak the rich, ripped NAFTA for hurting the middle class and tore into John McCain for supporting a bankruptcy bill that sided with wealthy bankers "at the expense of hardworking Americans." Obama may not have run to the left of Samuel Gompers or Cesar Chavez, but it's not like you saw him on the campaign trail flanked by bankers from Citigroup and Goldman Sachs. What inspired supporters who pushed him to his historic win was the sense that a genuine outsider was finally breaking into an exclusive club, that walls were being torn down, that things were, for lack of a better or more specific term, changing.

Elected in the midst of a crushing economic crisis brought on by a decade of orgiastic deregulation and unchecked greed, Obama had a clear mandate to rein in Wall Street and remake the entire structure of the American economy. What he did instead was ship even his most marginally progressive campaign advisers off to various bureaucratic Siberias, while packing the key economic positions in his White House with the very people who caused the crisis in the first place. This new team of bubble-fattened ex-bankers and laissez-faire intellectuals then proceeded to sell us all out, instituting a massive, trickle-up bailout and systematically gutting regulatory reform from the inside.

You might say, “well they probably hated him. Maybe RS didn’t want a black guy in office?” You’d be wrong. Matt was surprised they let him run this story because Rolling Stone was so pro-Obama. I think they couldn’t dispute it, maybe they were upset about it themselves.

Let’s jump forward to what we are dealing with now. Donald Trump ran as a genuine rebuke from these neoliberal, neoconservative leaders and DC insiders that keep pulling the ball right as we get our kick-off.

A man of the people, just like no one saw Obama being flanked by bankers in the campaign, no one saw Donald Trump surrounded by tech oligarchs until his inauguration. Sure, we saw Elon, but everyone knew Elon is… different.

I understood Elon, I even understood Mark Zuckerberg, since I knew of his change after the security state pushing Facebook to censor Americans sending memes and stating inconvenient facts.

But, Jeff Bezos? Larry Summers? All those tech oligarchs now sharing the stage with Donald Trump. I believe we could probably look to these magical uni-party oligarchs for the sway from populist to anti-populist in the presidency. But no doubt, it was Populism that we voted for.

After seeing that I was still onboard, at least he’s got some good people in his cabinet, right? Right?!

Then one by one, they got knocked off. Tulsi supporting the bombing of the Houthis, USAID put in the hands of Rubio, RFK jr fighting the real health threat “antisemitism,” and finally Kash Patel and Dan Bongino, the two most vocal critics of the Epstein files not being disclosed have their “Hostage Video”

And finally, to top it off, the final oligarch not mentioned is the one most important to the Epstein disclosure, Bill Gates. Even Bill Gates is on Trumps side, sorry, the fix is in.

We got, I’d say, some good things in the first days of the presidency, now we’ve got to hold on tight and look forward to the next populist candidate whichever side he/she might come from and hope the next one can outdo the entrenched interests that seem to have control of our system.

And that is why populism has such a bad name.

Who also, famously, was the son of the man who gave Jeffrey Epstein his first job as a college math teacher even though Epstein was a college drop out.

Frank Figliuzzi, a former FBI Assistant Director for counterintelligence said that Barr’s Father, Donald Barr, once hired Epstein to teach at Dalton School, a private academy in New York City. Back in 1973, even though Epstein had not obtained a college degree, Donald brought Epstein, who was only 20 years old, and had dropped out of both Cooper Union and New York University’s Courant Institute, was brought board to teach calculus and physics.

The young teacher appeared to be successful at Dalton. A 2003 profile by The New Yorker wrote of his teaching years, “he was something of a Robin Williams-in-Dead Poets Society type of figure, wowing his high-school classes with passionate mathematical riffs. So impressed was one Wall Street father of a student that he said to Epstein point-blank: “What are you doing teaching math at Dalton? You should be working on Wall Street — why don’t you give my friend Ace Greenberg a call.

After Epstein was dismissed from Dalton for “poor performance,” he left to work with Greenberg, who was a senior partner at Bear Stearns.

As reported by The New York Times, Donald Barr, who died in 2004, resigned from Dalton in 1974 after disagreements with the executive board. However, he stayed on throughout the rest of the year, which is when Epstein was hired.

Weird, weird world! Bill Barr would later work at the same law firm who got Jeffrey Epstein the “deal of a lifetime”, which was 13 months on work release for child molestation! In comparison, that’s the same sentence I received when I was 18 years old for Destroying private property,

In 2009, Barr joined the law firm Kirkland & Ellis, the same law firm that represented Jeffrey Epstein in 2008 which ended in a no-prosecution. During Barr’s confirmation hearing in January, when Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse asked Barr whether he would conduct a “full and thorough investigation” into the Justice Department’s handling of Epstein’s case, Barr responded, “Senator, I have to recuse myself from Kirkland & Ellis matters, I am told. And I think Kirkland & Ellis was may be involved in that case, so I need to sort out exactly what my role can be. I will say that if I’m confirmed I’ll make sure your questions are answered on this case.”

On July 8, Barr made his final comments on the matter and said, “I am recused from that matter because one of the law firms that represented Epstein long ago was a firm I subsequently joined for a period of time.” Back in 2007, Epstein pleaded guilty to a state charge of soliciting sex and prostitution with an underaged girl, was sentenced to to 13 months incarceration, but spent a bulk of that time on work release or in the jail’s private wing.

The deal was made between Acosta, who previously worked at Kirkland & Ellis, and was the Miami U.S. attorney at the time, and Kirkland & Ellis senior partner Jay Lefkowitz, along with colleagues Kenneth Starr, Gerald Lefcourt, and Alan Dershowitz. Court records show Kirkland & Ellis continued to represented Epstein through 2011, while Barr worked at the firm.

When the prosecuting attorney, Alex Acosta, was asked why he would let him get away with that, he said, “I was told Epstein ‘Belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone,” he later repeated this line when he was appointed to the Labor Department during President Trump’s first term:

Epstein’s name, I was told, had been raised by the Trump transition team when Alexander Acosta, the former U.S. attorney in Miami who’d infamously cut Epstein a non-prosecution plea deal back in 2007, was being interviewed for the job of labor secretary. The plea deal put a hard stop to a separate federal investigation of alleged sex crimes with minors and trafficking.

“Is the Epstein case going to cause a problem [for confirmation hearings]?” Acosta had been asked. Acosta had explained, breezily, apparently, that back in the day he’d had just one meeting on the Epstein case. He’d cut the non-prosecution deal with one of Epstein’s attorneys because he had “been told” to back off, that Epstein was above his pay grade. “I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone,” he told his interviewers in the Trump transition, who evidently thought that was a sufficient answer and went ahead and hired Acosta. (The Labor Department had no comment when asked about this.)

So, Epstein is back on our minds as we await a document dump from the new US AG to hopefully expose more in the “Epstein domain”, but it seems we’ve been bamboozled again. The FBI was told to deliver the files to Bondi.

I’m dropping my own piece at the beginning of this, it’s another thread of what I’d been trying to say in that piece. I am drowning in writing that I must finish! Today was going to be no YouTube, no X, no nothing except for research and finishing the second half of my 2024 breakdown which would contain the entire campaign, assassination to New Years, then I clicked a Jimmy Dore video (video below) and I’m off and running.

So, in the video above Jimmy Dore is reacting to a Mike Benz video that was posted by, what looks like an African X account, anyone who lives in Africa should be infuriated by it. Not anger at Mike Benz, but at American imperialists like Mark “Silly” Milley (I can’t help it, I’m sorry), who is so ok with this type of thing, they would put it in a public manual called “A Vision for 2021 and Beyond”, the hubris is stunning!

This cover, in its own, is stunning. PERSUADE-CHANGE-INFLUENCE. If that don’t make your hair stand up! This is a 20-page document, totally public, arranged by General Mark Milley while he was head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for Joe Biden. Maybe this just my first time looking at a document like this, but when I use the term “psyop”, or “psychological operation” I’m given a concerned look by most present, like “is this guy off his meds?” But this document uses it quite liberally, according to the “find on page” feature, way more often than I use it. They even use the word psyop at one point! Bastards!

PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS formations advise and assist partner governments/irregular organizations in the execution of PSYACTs to favorably influence target audiences, preparing them to resist the adversary and support friendly operations.

Sounds like what they are describing is propaganda, right?

The Hypothetical

Let’s get on to the “hypothetical” actual story:

So, the team notices a billboard with Chinese writing and Chinese insignia, they take a picture of it.

Upon returning they shared the photo with their PSYOP’s division and others in their team, who followed up with local “Naruvian Commando Team Leader”, finding that Chinese officials had visited, “purchased land around the southern port city”, and the “PSYOP detachment” found social media ads “signaling Chinese interests”. They passed their findings off to the “Information Warfare Center (IWC) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.”

Using “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning” within 48 hours they established that this was to be a “deep-water port” owned by the Chinese and part of the “Belt and Road Initiative for 2025 and LIKELY Naval Military intentions in 2035.”

From there the IWC, or Information Warfare Center, develop an “influence campaign” to “discredit Chinese activities” just weeks away from the “ribbon cutting ceremony.”

NOW IT GET’S CRAZY…

Needing cooperation from the local government to stop the Chinese expansion, and the opening being 30 days away, the American diplomats (Economic Hit Men) need more time to persuade the local government. So, the Special Forces with the IWC develop a plan and put it into action:

Relying on civil-economic (how well they’re being compen$ated) information provided by the CMSE, the IWC’s approach empowered IWTF’s, in coordination with the JIIM, to enflame long-standing friction between Naruvian workers and Chinese corporations. Within days, protests supported by the CFT’s ODA, erupted around Chinese business headquarters and their embassy in Ajuba. Simultaneously, the IWC-led social media campaign illuminated the controversy to a global audience.

They start a good old-fashioned protest and use social media to broadcast it globally. Reminds me of a few in the past, BLM in 2020, Ukraine in 2014, the Arab Spring! This is the playbook! It continues…

They then call in “USAID” and the “NGOs” to provide the workforce with alternative jobs, which are, as we learned during the US-Backed protest in Ukraine in 2014, USAID would pay the workers to organize the protests and organize events for USAID. Losing the Chinese construction company 60% of its “required labor pool.”

The rest goes off like a bad action movie.

One week later, Naruvian security forces discovered an illegal weapons cache which it traced back to a subsidiary of the construction company.

That’s when Bashar al-Assad happens, that’s when Muammar Gaddafi happens, that’s what happened to Saddam Hussein. That’s when governments are overthrown. “Dictators” are forever whoever we say they are.

I swear I didn’t go looking for this. For some reason MSN.Com is serving up articles from The Atlantic???? The whole piece is just gushing with idiocy. These morons still think that we can’t actually see where the money went to! At one point says, “Trump and Musk’s foreign-aid freeze could be one of the cruelest acts that a democracy has ever undertaken.” Which lead into the sentence that has me now angrily beating my keyboard to death, it gets worse and worse!

In 2011, when Republican members of Congress proposed a 16 percent cut in annual foreign aid, then–USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah conservatively estimated that it would lead to the deaths of 70,000 children. That is more children than died in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Depending on how thoroughly Trump and Musk are allowed to dismantle USAID, the casualties this time could be worse.

This is, in fact, EXTREMELY CRUEL! If it was determined there needed to be a budget cut of 16 percent, and they decided instead of rolling back the “Freedom Fighter’s fund” in fucking Syria, or hell, this is 2011, maybe they could spare a few percent from the Bank of “Sodomize Qaddafi.” Maybe Libya wouldn’t have turned into a slave trade!

If they decided that a 16 percent cut was needed, and then chose to take it from feeding children overseas, then yes, that was a cruel act, but not by the Republicans who proposed the budget cut, by those fools deciding what was to be cut and choosing to starve children instead of depriving a “Pro-Democracy” street protest of ecstasy and booze, or “freedom fighters” of AK-47’s, yes, that was a cruel act. The cruelest, I’m not sure, after all, democracies have been responsible for more war than any other system since, what? The Mongolian's Genghis Khan, whatever they were? A couple paragraphs into The Atlantic article, headlined “At USAID, I Prioritized the Wrong Argument”, you realize who is writing this, it’s an actual USAID propagandist, a “Speech Writer for USAID, during the last two democrat administrations.” Obama & Biden:

I’m doing Harper’s next, I’m gonna go through all the national magazines and do reviews on them, throughout a full year subscription. Anyone who’s been down an internet rabbit hole or finished a full episode of the Joe Rogan Experience has heard about the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the CCP, or Chinese Communist Party, buying farmland on a massive scale so that it’s under their control.

So, what if I told you there was a Property Management Company that exists as an empty shell for an investment broker, funded by Wall Street buying up all the homes in your area by the thousands to put up for rent, and using AI to find the homes, buy them, and dispatch the right crew fix the home up, and to manage the maintenance, the rent, work orders, everything, at slumlord quality? Every time a house comes up for sale, they buy it off the market before anyone else gets a chance to, and doesn’t take no for an answer. Using AI, and offering cash payment. It’s a dream for the seller, but every single other person involved get’s the shaft!

What if I told you the entire outfit was led by one man who is only seen outside his Austin, TX mansion when he appears on Bloomberg News, and other business-related outlets, such as Vanguard, to—I shit you not—tell homeowners to “sell your homes now and buy them back later” if they want, of course.

That’s what I uncovered here in Kentucky, and it’s coming to a neighborhood near you! Lemme explain…

Here in Kentucky a Real Estate Agent's busiest times are on the weekends, in an attempt to counter the disappearance of quality homes from the market. Houses hit the market en masse on Thursday and Friday, and if the realtors can’t get them back off the market before these deep pocket parasites come in, the homes just disappear. They have until Sunday at the latest, if they’re lucky, then the homes just evaporate like they were never there. Some of them never make it to a real estate agent. This company’s program is able to scoop them up in as soon as 12 hours after they’re listed. So, is there thousands of corporate pockets with bottomless bank accounts out there doing this? Actually, just one.

According to sources from the frontlines, “that’s not the end of the battle. If the company gets their eyes on the home, there’s nothing that working people who are just trying to get a home could do about it. This happens to over half of the homes that he can get a family into the process of purchasing, they then go directly to the seller and offer an extra 20-40k over the asking price and offer cash up front, they steal these houses away from good, hard working people who just want a home, by offering things that no working person could offer, so regular people are stuck taking homes in rougher neighborhoods that the big companies don’t want.” So, who is the company?

Meet Main Street Renewals

Meet “Main Street Renewals, where we will own everything, and you will NOT be happy.”

So, this company’s entire goal, looking at it from the street view, is to own every home in Kentucky and surrounding areas. They use AI flamboyantly for everything including maintenance requests, applications, rent, everything. While the king of this empire of rental homes sits, high on the hog, in Austin, TX. If you try to contact them you get a computer, or AI, answering service, and they also use this to swoop in and take homes out from underneath working people and good realtors who are just trying to get people into homes.

They’re able to do this by setting parameters for their AI program they’ve developed, but people are different, they have unique situations, and if you want to own every home you must own every unique situation. So, let’s talk about some of these parameters their AI system follows.

These are quoted directly from their website

• Pets (Maybe I’m animal-crazy but these made me the maddest)

  • Up to 4 pets per household including any aquarium and each small cage animal are allowed.

  • The maximum combined weight of all animals is not to exceed 300 lbs (excluding any cages or aquarium).

  • The following list of dog breeds are prohibited:

    • American Staffordshire Terriers

    • American Pitbull Terriers

    • Rottweilers

    • Doberman Pinschers

    • Any dog that has a percentage or mix of any of the above breeds

    • Any canines other than dogs and hybrids thereof

  • Small animals such as gerbils, hamsters, and guinea pigs are permitted with the exception of the following:

    • Ferrets

    • Rabbits

    • Chinchillas

  • All dogs and cats must be neutered / spayed. The Resident will maintain a valid vaccination certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian or a state or local authority empowered to vaccinate animals (or a designated agent of such authority) stating that the animal has received all vaccines required by applicable state and local law. It must include the animal’s name, description, age, date, and type of vaccination.

  • Any animal that is not a dog or cat normally found in the wild (This is hilarious, I had to include it.) including:

Imagine if it said blacks were not permitted because of the levels of crime in black neighborhood's, or Arab’s aren’t allowed because of 9/11, I think it’s the same to ban entire breeds of animals. Remember, they want to own everything.)

• Credit and Criminal Screening: All leaseholders will undergo credit and criminal screenings conducted by TransUnion. Criminal screenings ONLY will also be performed for all adult occupants (18 years and older).

  • So, because they have taken all the homes, you could be living in a tent due to bad credit.

• We will begin our review process once both the application is submitted and the non-refundable $50 application fee has been paid for all applicants 18 years and older.

  • When my Susan and I, submitted an application it costed us $100 and they denied our application before we finished filling it out and took the money. $100 was 25% of my paycheck, for people living paycheck to paycheck it’s devastating. We were trying to find a home and got stuck between eating for the week and filling out an application that will probably get denied. We tried to contact someone to find out why we got denied and if we could use that same application for a different home that we could be approved for and all we got was this automated computer answering shit. So, their AI doesn’t even work well.

• We will verify the identity of the primary leaseholder on the application by first asking a few questions from your credit file provided by TransUnion. Next, we will ask you to take a photo of your government issued ID and scan your face using a mobile device via Plaid, our trusted third-party service provider. To quickly approve your home, we use Bank Connect via Plaid to verify your income from the last 90 days. All leaseholders will be able to add their income into Plaid if needed to prove the required combined gross monthly household income of at least three times the monthly rent.

• The reason they can overbid the realtors trying to sell their homes to an individual who wants their own home, is their extraordinarily high rent, and in order to qualify your income must be 3 times higher than the rent. Sorry, regular working people, here in Louisville, KY, do not make $6,000 per month, they just don’t. I don’t even know anyone here who makes that much.

• Or they low-ball with cash, the seller can’t turn them down and they swoop in before anyone else gets the chance.

These are some of the parameters that their AI program is supposed to be trusted with, and I can’t stress this part enough, THEY ARE BUYING THESE HOUSES RIGHT OUT FROM UNDERNEATH WORKING PEOPLE WHO WANT TO OWN A HOME. THEY ARE BUYING ALL THE HOMES SO YOU MUST RENT FROM THEM, THEN SETTING PARAMETERS THAT ARE DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO FOLLOW. THE NEW HOUSING CRISIS WILL BE “NO ONE GETS TO OWN ANYTHING”, THEY DID IT, IT’S HERE.

I seen an overview of Carol Roth’s book, “You Will Own Nothing” about this phenomenon—I don’t know who writes those things, but it summed up what I’m saying very well:

In You Will Own Nothing¸ Roth reveals how the agendas of Wall Street, world governments, international organizations, socialist activists, and multinational corporations like Blackrock all work together to reduce the power of the dollar and prevent millions of Americans from taking control of their wealth. She shows why owning fewer assets makes you poorer and less free.

I’m not the first to cover this story, local news network here in Louisville was talking about this back in 2018, here’s what they found:

The house in the Indian Falls subdivision is ultimately owned by a company linked to Luxor Capital, a New York hedge fund. Since February, Luxor Capital has purchased 86 single-family homes in Louisville, according to Jefferson County property records.

Since late 2015, these investors – backed by hundreds of millions in cash – have bought more than 400 single-family homes in middle-income areas of Jefferson County

For the first 15 years of its life, the house the Rileys rented was occupied by its owner. But Wells Fargo bank foreclosed on it in 2015, and Main Street Renewal bought it for a song last year at auction before selling it in May to the Luxor Capital entity.

Front Yard Residential, one of the institutional landlords buying homes in Louisville, said in an investor presentation last month that in the “affordable housing” segment of the market in which it is active, tenants are “less likely to leave to purchase a home.”

They make damn sure of that! Continuing…

While various institutional firms are the ultimate owners of rental homes in Louisville, one company – Main Street Renewal -- is at the center of the local activity, according to WDRB’s review.

A subsidiary of Amherst Holdings, a private investment firm in Austin, Texas, Main Street Renewal owns or manages rental homes in 15 states, according to its website.

Main Street Renewal purchased all 414 homes in WDRB’s review, from late 2015 to earlier this month. It buys the homes through subsidiaries with names that might resemble WIFI networks – MUPR 3 Assets, EPH 2 Assets, AVRM 5.

They now own 45,000 units in the area and no longer resale anything, they keep them and put them for rent.

The company has sold about half of the Louisville houses to other investors – companies linked to Luxor Capital, Global Atlantic Financial Group in New York and Front Yard Residential, a publicly traded rental homeowner based in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Main Street Renewal declined an interview for this story.

Records show Main Street Renewal has been active at public foreclosure auctions -- one source of cheap homes that can quickly upgraded and put on the rental market.

Main Street Renewal has also purchased dozens of properties at a time from local landlords and from homebuilders, and made individual deals through aggressive, low-ball offers on the public market.

Steve Adams, an agent with Bob Hayes Realty, listed a three-bedroom home in north Bullitt County for $122,900 on Monday, posting a single photo of its exterior.

The next day, a representative of a broker based in Arizona emailed an offer for the home from Main Street Renewal – no appraisal needed because the company would pay cash.

So, this was in 2018, when AI was in its infancy, as far as the public is concerned, imagine how fast they can swoop in and snatch these homes using AI now. There’s no way regular people can compete.

To be clear, how this works is you find a home you’re interested in and contact the real estate agent listed, they setup the walk-through, you do the walk-through, you decide you want it, they contact the listing agency, and it’s taken off the market right then. Now you start your process with the broker, and the bank, and what happens is Main Street Renewal, if they get their eye on the house, apply tactics to pull it out from under you. They might come in with cash-in-hand, hard to turn that down, right? All done electronically. It’s not like, a person showing up with a briefcase of money, it’s more like an email, with a money control number. If that doesn’t work—and it normally does—they’ll make a larger offer, that the seller can’t turn down, and the individual buyer can’t beat. Most of the time though, using AI, they’re the first person to make an offer and the house disappears from the market, like Casper’s mean uncles. The example from WDRB said they bought that house based on one exterior photo! Then it was gone, poof!

The People Respond, Is Anyone Listening???

On several internet forums, including Reddit and the Better Business Bureau, the people are responding. There’s an outpouring of nightmarish stories from as far back as 10 years ago, to as recent as yesterday, and the through narrative you hear repeatedly in these stories is What can we do?! Does anyone have a contact for these people? Where else can we turn? Where indeed?

So, on one level they’re making it impossible to buy a home, extinguishing ownership by the people, but they also have terrible business practices, making them essentially slumlords, and an all-around shitty place to do business with, and no matter how many complaints they get, what can you do?! They own everything! And what they don’t own yet, they will. The Better Business Bureau has 965 reviews on them with an average rating of 1 star (because 0 isn’t an option). On Reddit I found 7 positive stories out of 500, and those 7 were things like “I’ve heard from other people dealing with them that they were really bad, but so far, so good.” I’m here to say so far, so good, is not an ok standard for a company operating a monopoly! If you think I’m being hyperbolic, consider this, I started looking at this as an observation that my significant other and I made. We were looking for a home and every one we looked at, everywhere we turned, we seen the same company, Main Street Renewals, we tried to rent from them and they denied us before we even finished the application, so we tried to find somewhere else, we went to a Real Estate Agent, he eventually found us a home—which will be later in this series, we uncovered some creepy crawly figures at our own expense in the process—but not before expressing his struggle on the frontlines of this battle. So, now I’m finally writing about it and after one Google search I see that this company is pulling the same shit all across the country! I’m talking Louisville, KY, Charlotte, NC, Arizona, Nashville, Fort Worth, Kansas City, Memphis, Gwinnett, Birmingham, St. Louis, this is fucking insane. My mind just got blown! Jacksonville, New Braunfels, TX, Raleigh, Tallahassee, Knoxville, Houston! Those are the ones who make it to the internet, imagine how many thousands are just sitting in it, hoping it gets better.

People from all across the country are reaching out online for help because nobody is listening. When you call this company, the company they’re renting from, they get a frickin AI automated call service and if you persist you get a call center located, probably in India. If you keep on from there, eviction. Here’s some of their stories, I can’t include them all, but I will include the most egregious from each town. Then we’ll go a little deeper into the ownership of this corporate hellscape!

What it sounds like, after reading thousands of reviews, is most of these homes appeared great in the pictures, looked nice in the walk-through—if they got a walk-through—but when it came time to move in, something was fucked up and there was no one there to get help from. No one to contact, nothing but a robot to send a message about a problem that needs immediate attention! One person was there for 6 months without running water. Who knows if they ever got it. This is the business of providing people with a fucking sanctuary, you can’t delegate that to a fucking robot! Now for the million. dollar. question. Who is they?

“Amherst Holdings” is “Holding” Us Down

Amherst Holdings:

• A private investment firm in Austin, Texas, with $20 billion under management.

• MSR, is a subsidiary of Amherst Holdings that owns or manages single-family homes in the Midwest and Sunbelt.

• Main Street Renewal is a property acquisition, repair, and management business that focuses on renovating homes and leasing them for affordable prices. The company uses artificial intelligence and data modeling to find properties and make offers on them.

So, I’m not necessarily a cynic on AI, I understand that anything can and will be used for evil, but I must believe the good outweighs the bad. For instance, I worked for a day labor company and was sent out to RC Cola, where they make and bottle RC, and Big Red and Sunkist, and back then my full-time job was at a packaging plant that did everything by hand. When I walked into RC I was horrified to find, what they called the million-dollar line—which I’m convinced costed much more than that—was an unbelievable, fully automated… everything doer, from loading the plastic that actually made the bottles, filling them, bundling them, twisting on the lids! Putting the cases on a pallet, wrapping the pallet in plastic, and loading the pallet into the truck. The place stayed cool, so the drinks stayed cold—which probably sucked in winter, but this was summer—the thing was unbelievable, my job was simply to watch for deformed lids and pull one out and check it every 15 minutes, but at that time what I seen was unemployment, homelessness, eating at a soup kitchen, but as I’ve went on my thinking has evolved a bit. I now think that automation and AI are good because it frees us up to do things that are more fulfilling, less back breaking, more purposeful, BUT….

If AI is being used by someone living across the country, to steal homes right out from underneath working people's noses to increase their portfolio, at the expense of the people who want to be a part of that community, this is the evilest use that I can imagine. That’s what we are looking at here. It’s not quite Skynet but, damn near it!

It’s a parasitic corporation, feasting off of places who are functionally illiterate—not that we could stop them if we wanted to—to say the least.

What MS Renewal is, actually, is a shell company for Amherst Holdings, and Amherst Asset Management.

This is to shield themselves from liability, in case someone gets hurt, or God forbid killed, from the condition they’d rented a home in or refusing to fix something, or maybe they're just getting a real bad reputation for being a dog shit company, the blame will always fall on MS Renewals, not Amherst Holdings, but when you look a little closer, they are the same!

To encapsulate this, let’s use AI against them and ask the question:

Can Management Companies Be Sued

Yes, management companies can be sued. Here’s a breakdown of the information provided:

How much would it take for you to say, NO! I will NOT work hand and fist every day to provide sanctuary to my family for you to violate their fucking rights!? Someone has GOT to be held accountable! When they have an entire system setup to absolve themselves from liability and pass accountability to a sock puppet!

Well, that is what Main Street Renewal is for Amherst holdings. It’s a front to protect Amherst Holdings.

Who is he?

Sean Dobson took a temp job at a brokerage firm, basically as the office runner, “you know, running around, picking up people’s dry cleaning, grabbing lunch, opening the mail, that sort of thing.” It was Houston, TX, the summer after he graduated from high school, 1987. He was told about the job by a friend of the families. Who said “what an interesting sort of industry it was. This is back when mortgages were sort of a backwater of the fixed income market. So, they were traded a little bit like ‘Muni bonds.’” While holding down his job as office runner he was offered a more permanent position on the Research Team, then began his rise through the ranks, taking over the research team and soon after, taking over the trading platform. By 1994, him and a group of like-minded individuals went out to start their own business and that was the predecessor to Amherst. At Amherst they specialize in mortgage risk, knowing what kind of risk each mortgage allows, I have no clue what that means so here it is in his words:

So, back then it was really just mortgage-backed securities and structured products that were derivatives of mortgage-backed securities. We sort of carved out a name for ourselves in quantitative analytics around mortgage risk. And that’s still a big core competency of Amherst, understanding the risks of mortgages are kind of boring, but they’re also very complicated. The borrower has so many options around when to refinance, how to repay, if they repay. It takes quite a lot of research, quite a lot of modeling, quite a lot of data to actually keep up with the mortgage market. It’s really 40 million individual contracts, 40-50 million individual contracts and a million different securities. So, it takes quite a— we’ve built an interesting system to allow you to sort of monitor all that and price it in real time.

*So he created a program to do that for him.

The interviewer then asks him,

(O)ne would think, especially from Texas as opposed to being in the thick of Wall Street, you might have seen some signs that, that perhaps the wheels are coming off the bus. Tell us about your experience in the 2000s. What did you see coming?

Which is the question. See, the movie The Big Short was Sean Dobson’s story. Sean, during the time that people were making a killing off of sub-prime mortgage's, looked at those loans through his companies very detailed, very data-rich, method that they’d been developing since 1994, something wasn’t right. He checked, and checked again, and everything he had learned in his almost 20 years in this business, told him disaster was approaching. He took this data and went on the road, doing what I imagine as a speaking tour that ends with “Tomatoes and Boo’s” at the end, not to be confused with ‘booze’.

No one believed him. So, the next move came naturally, I’m sure:

The seeds of his big score were planted during the housing bubble, when his models predicted a disaster in “Alt-A securities,” packages of loans granted to homeowners who had often refinanced multiple times. “The market was predicting a default rate of 5%, and our models showed it would be 30% [even] if home prices didn’t fall at all,” Dobson recalls. He recruited a group of investors that took short positions in Alt-A, reaping a $10 billion profit—10 times the investment, according to Dobson—when home prices tumbled.

So, he showed them. Made him a nice chunk to retire on and retire he did….

Of course not. That was just the appetizer.

The Robo-Landlord

In the past big-money funds would buy apartment complexes because of the amount of money coming in each month and the centralization of maintenance, but Sean Dobson has a different plan with his money.

His goal is to have 1 million units under his management in the next 15 years, he said this, by the way, in 2019, when he had 16,000 units. He now has 50,000 units and rising every day. He’s able to manage this vast expanse of homes using AI technologies, but no matter how well he thinks this is working out, it’s not, it never will, because AI does not have compassion for the lives people are living and the nuances that change from situation to situation. Other people have warned him about this, and the same way that the people he warned about the coming housing crisis in 2005, he heeds no warnings about the crisis he’s heading straight towards, and just like them he’s leaving actual lives hanging in the balance of his ego-trip!

Choosing homes there is the job of Amherst’s highly automated purchasing system. In its 19th-floor office on New York City’s Madison Avenue, a dozen buying specialists screen leads on their workstations, delivered by a proprietary program called Explorer, an offshoot of the software Dobson developed to price mortgages. Each morning, the team gets alerts on newly listed homes that meet its price range and geographic criteria—around 1,400 listings a day.

For each “first cut” listing, Explorer estimates the costs of renovation. This is machine learning at work: The estimate is based on Amherst’s experience with homes of similar age and size in the same or nearby neighborhoods. In an older home, this might include replacing the HVAC system; for one whose listing photos suggest wear and tear, it might include a new roof. (Team members help the software make that call.) Explorer has become so precise, Negri says, that the actual renovation costs average within 5% of the estimates.

Explorer also runs a separate calculation, finding three homes being rented within a two-mile radius that are close in age, size, and bed-and-bath specs to the newly listed home. Machine learning helps the software estimate what each house would rent for based on these “comps.” Explorer then churns out an estimated “rental yield”—the net rent after such expenses as taxes and maintenance, divided by all-in cost.

If that yield meets Amherst’s target (which Fortune estimates is between 5% and 6%), the team will make an offer. About 20% of each day’s listings qualify; Amherst bids on those candidates no more than 12 hours after they’re first listed, making all-cash offers. Around 10% of its offers—on roughly 30 homes a day—get accepted and go to contract. Amherst dispatches inspectors to assess each home’s condition during the grace period. Unless they find fatal surprises—such as a cracked foundation—the houses pass muster and join the Main Street Renewal portfolio.

In order to reach his goal of a million homes in 15 years, he will need to buy like 60 homes a day. Therefore, it's not crazy to me when I see that he is going on news shows to try to get homeowners to sell their homes, obviously so he can buy them:

I can’t find the video where he said this, but I did find a great video of a youtuber reacting to it, just 7 months ago, so he must have done this recently, and he makes some pretty solid points (Transcript below the video):

“Sell your home and rent, yes, folks according to Sean Dobson, CEO of Amherst he is saying it is a good time to sell your home, and rent. The notion behind this is, of course, you will buy back later, you will time the market, all of those things. I do want to point out one thing about Sean. Sean Dobson is the CEO of Amherst, if you do not know who Amherst is, let me just tell you, they own 44,000 rental homes! So, could the CEO be talking his book, say, ‘hey take all your equity out of your home, come rent one of my places.’ I will let you be the judge.

It is pretty interesting to me, because as the CEO of Amherst, I believe one of his jobs is to maximize the return to shareholders, right? It's one of the jobs of an executive, and if Sham Dobson (Sic) truly believed it was time to sell single-family homes and rent, what would Sean do? He owns 44,000 of these things, wouldn't he sell? Wouldn't he sell each and every home, and come back later? Me think so! Yes. I also think it is very odd when somebody recommends that you sell, perhaps your best asset, and folks to be clear, I'm not talking about the home. I'm talking about 30-year fixed rate debt, at or below inflation. Folks some of you have 30-year debt below 3%, getting rid of that is unconscionable! Unless you have to, there are life situations where even if the rate is a great asset, you don't have a choice, that is not lost on me, but let's be clear, for the average person, who was lucky enough, who was fortunate enough, to have purchased in 2020, ‘21 ‘22 or shoot, let's be clear refi’ed in ‘21 or ‘22, you now have an asset called 30-year fixed rate debt, at or below inflation. For many of you, that will be the best asset you ever own, for many of you, you will stay in that home probably longer than you expected, and for many of you, you may become what's called an “accidental landlord” meaning, it is time to turn that into a rental, and you'll just do a 5% down purchase on your next home.

So, it is pretty interesting when I think about the housing market, and this whole idea of selling now, and buying back later. I think about all the people who have tried to time markets, and again I understand the math. I understand affordability, I understand in lots of locations rent is below the cost of ownership. I get it, but that's about today's purchase, we are not looking at individuals who have fixed rate mortgages. Who now have, frankly, more disposable income than they've ever had because they purchased or refi’ed. One of the reasons the consumer has been going strong to this point, is because they took advantage of the system. They got 30-year debt below four, below three, and now they have fixed rate debt. Why would you get rid of fixed rate debt, and rent, which is a variable expense, it makes nearly no sense to me, but again, if Sean Dobson the CEO of Amherst believes that it's the peak of the market, he should sell his homes, and if he truly believes that, we'll see it in the next quarterly findings, Amherst should be a net seller.”

I’ve never wished for someone to fail at anything in my life, but I hope this guy fails. If he is able to take control of every unit in any area of our country, he can literally change the culture. He has a ban on certain breeds of dogs for God's sake, that means he can control those animal’s existence. He could possibly control the housing market and say what a home is worth because, well, he owns them all!

I’m very much a kid of my generation. I live on the internet, I fall asleep most nights with a laptop on my lap, I love technology! But even I can recognize when something sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. His own advisers warned him “that this was an impossible business that would suffer ‘death by a thousand cuts.’” This article is maybe 50 of those thousand cuts. The number of complaints I found about this specific company was vast!

He, however, has no bearing on this, since it will be the American middle class where the cuts will bleed. And he won’t know he’s bled out until it’s too late. And it all crashes down…

I had an ankle bracelet on for stealing mail, not any good mail, mind you. When we were arrested my Co-Defendant’s mom walked to the cop car window and said, “Both of you are stupid! Who steals mail in the middle of the month?!” Indeed, who does?

Tragic News

At some point my mom got hold of us from Canada the devastating and terrible news that my sister, Sam, was losing the battle against kidney failure. We contacted the Department of Juvenile Justice to seek permission to fly south to see her before she passed away. It didn’t work out the way we’d hoped, and my father, I think for fear of losing me, didn’t let me go. She passed away before I would’ve made it anyways, at least that’s how he justified it, but I know the truth. I wish I could’ve been there with my mother but, Dad was doing what he thought he should do. The next logical question is how? Why? She was 26 years old when she passed. Hardly old age.

My sister was very petite, to say the least. She had endometriosis when she was in her teens and diagnosed with Lupus later that ravaged her, but she was fierce unlike anything you ever seen. One time our oldest brother John John was being accused of murder, and while the live news was reporting on it she confronted them on the air to defend her brother. He was guilty but that didn’t matter, he was her brother, and all hundred and ten pounds was there if you crossed that line.

Last time we visited her was 2002, money to travel wasn’t something my father and I were plenty with growing up. She was in Dialysis 3 times a week then. She needed a new kidney to live. This would be the point where I would say, “Please become an organ donor and save a life,” but that wasn’t the factor here.

“So, she needed a new kidney to survive? And it wasn't a shortage of kidneys? Why didn’t she survive?!?! What are you saying Jordan?”

I’m getting there!

After years of pain, heredity, and exposure, she was in Florida, where the word “Pill Mill” came from, she developed a habit, at a time when you could walk into any doctor and get hydrocodone thrown at you, but that doesn’t explain how it led to our loss, “I’d say her death, but it was our loss, not me, the world's loss.” She was the fucking coolest, always knew what to say, would never back down from no one. Had the best taste in music, in movies, she was the best. It was the world’s loss.

So, how’d we lose her? She became addicted to pain medicine, opiates, in the time of “Just Say No”, the DARE Program for God's sake. At the same time that Rush Limbaugh’s addiction was exposed, year’s after condemning addicts to “life in prison.”

The Run-In

My sister's most recent boyfriend, I think his name was Adam, when we visited in ‘02 he had just recently broken into their own home and stolen all their electronics and sold them for crack, he wasn’t a genius. Someone had stolen a blank narcotic prescription slip, you know, the green pad, and they had forged their own prescription for pain medicine, each of those slips can only have one prescription written on them, and because Adam wanted his benzo’s, he added fucking Xanax at the bottom without her knowing it and sent her in to get it filled, not just a scumbag, a dumb one too. When she returned to pick up the prescription—the pharmacist by the way was known for filling fraudulent prescriptions—he had already contacted authorities and they were waiting, the “Goon squad” Sam hilariously referred to them as. It was kind of entrapment, because the pharmacist rang up the prescription and she didn’t have enough money to pay for it, she said she “didn’t have it” and turned to leave, and he said—this corrupt pharmacist with a fake license—said “We’ll cover whatever you’re short,” and gave her the prescription, because—at least back then—you had to actually be caught with the prescription in hand for a solid case to stick and they got it.

She was charged with what we call busting scripts, legally it’s called obtaining a controlled substance using fraud, deception, subterfuge, misrepresentation, or forgery, for this she is put on probation. At this time, she had already been on the Donor’s list for a new kidney a few years. Every doctor involved said that she would not survive without a new kidney, she was on dialysis for kidney failure, but because she received a 3rd degree felony in the state of Florida, they took her off the kidney donors list!

Bureaucratic Murder

It’s relative to sentencing someone to death for becoming an addict. A victimless crime in the truest sense of the word. No one was jipped out of money, no one hurt, it was simply breaking a rule. A rule that exists to control.

To remove myself from this for a moment, I can just barely understand the reasoning behind this decision you know, it’s horrible and wrong, but I can form the thoughts. I can hear the smarmy, sneaky, excuses, she’s killing herself, so why does it matter?! Do you know how much this costs? What about someone else who needs it? I can just hear the bureaucratic bullshit excuses. This is where I begin to understand the killing of the United Healthcare CEO. He is absolutely the type of person who would make a decision like this! If I could figure who is to blame for this, I’d never shut up about it. It would consume everything I write or talk about forever! The business of health insurance or healthcare has been stained by the blood of a trillion souls! Then they go home and tuck their children into their safe bed, and hopefully, walk to the dining room and drink themselves into coma, but you can’t kill them. When you do things like that you’re turning an evil man into a martyr. Into a hero, and Brian Thompson is no fucking hero. You’re letting them off too easy, the universe works things like this out. I’m sure of it!

Because our mother is a Canadian, we were supposed to be able to get dual citizenship which would give her the benefit that is “oh so demonized here” of Socialized Healthcare but that, it turns out, is another facade of bureaucratic idiots who can’t see the forest for the trees. Listen to this, in order to benefit from this dual-citizenship—back then at least—you had to prove to the Canadian-side that one of your parents is a citizen, in order to do that you must use your birth certificate, problem is Canada refuses to check with America, and America refuses to check with Canada so there is no way to prove this. Disgustingly stupid rules. Incompetence and cowardice, these people have spines of jelly fish.

I lost my healthcare recently. I had blood clots in my leg a couple years ago and I was prescribed to a blood thinner, Eliquis, and because they didn’t want to pay for the tests to find out what caused the blood clots, they told me to keep taking the Eliquis, which I was fine with, it’s a relatively safe drug so I just continued taking it, until I lost my healthcare and found out it’s a fucking $600 prescription. So, I had to just stop taking it. Luckily whatever caused it has passed on now, but it would’ve been cheaper to run the tests. But I digress…

The world lost a beautiful person, someone—unknown to me—is responsible for the decision to let her die. I’ve tried to find another case similar to it, but I can’t find any. The closest I get is an organ donor ethics site that addresses whether or not it’s ethical for a prisoner, serving time, to be put on a donor list, spoiler alert: It is.

Instead of killing the sorry soul, who makes the decisions every day to let people just die to protect his bottom-line, a much better punishment would be for him to face loss, from a weak bureaucratic decision, like this, let him lose a daughter, sister, or mother, over a problem that can be solved. Then, allow him to defend, deny, and depose that. Tell us how it feels from the receiving end. Tell him, it’s your turn, now what would you decide?

One more thing, look at this beautiful little girl, full of joy and life, cut way too soon. She didn’t get much older than this! If you can justify a policy for throwing her away, then we are not the same! And this Thompson guy should get a fucking medal, because that’s the type of work that took her away from us. And the world was a darker place.

Drone strikes, torture camps, domestic wiretapping, and warrantless searches. The crimes of the deep state are so old they’re getting dull.

One—useless—bureaucrat, sitting in a board meeting, he likes to call the “bored” meetings, hearing the same dull bullshit he hears every week, “the budget, yes, the budget. losing funding, watch spending, blah, blah, get approval, blah, blah, blah, paperwork, blah, blah, and don’t forget the paperwork!”

He’s so tired of the—same shit, different day! On lunch break, rolling a joint, cracking open a pint of Tangueray, he keeps in his glove box, it’s what he calls “packing his lunch.”

He complained to a fellow Bureau Admin. Officer, “You’re not tired of filling out forms for approval to fill out more forms?!” His co-worker just stared blankly, through the windshield, he thought he wasn’t gonna answer, but he did, “Of course, someone has to use what’s in the budget, right?” His statement made no sense and sounded like witchcraft, so he changed the subject.

Back to the “bored” room, the monotonous meeting, he’s heard it so many times he could act it out himself. No cue cards, straight from memory.

Trying to pass the time he holds his phone under the table, out of sight to others but, not to him, aimlessly scrolling through Instagram Reels. As he scrolls, he wonders, “where did I go wrong? My grades were decent, Daddy made sure of that! How did I end up here?” He keeps seeing this “dumb squirrel”.

Scrolls past, there it is again, in a cowboy hat, and another—Trump hat, and another—eating from a hand, he’s getting ticked off now. “Why is this dumb cowboy squirrel everywhere!? He glances at the view count of the next squirrel reel and is Flabbergasted!

At first, he sees 16m and thinks, “16 meters? Then he realizes, “Good God! That’s 16 million views! I went to college, traveled the country, I’ve not met 16 thousand people, and 16 million know who this dumb squirrel is?!” He thinks, “stupid squirrel, stupid people, how about a job like me instead of playing with some wild animal on camera, must be nice to make a living playing with this ‘wild animal’.”

His envy is unbearable! He can’t help it, he has this pointless job, miserable life, his wife hates him, they haven’t had sex in at least five years, the only thing he hates more than this stupid job is her… and now this stupid squirrel and whoever this is in the video with him. Who is more popular than God! Why!!?? It’s a “wild animal”, a stupid “wild animal!” Wait, is that right? He thinks, that’s right it’s wild, right"?

Something clicks, he thinks back to law school, the Federal Law on wildlife—no, it’s the New York state law, regardless—flashes in his head.

He—quickly, before he loses it—clicks over to squirrel man’s homepage to see where he lives, “Yes, that’s what I thought! He’s a New York resident…” Jeff is not staying in the cubicle today! He thinks. He raises his hand to address his boss, “Boss, there’s something I need to bring to your attention.” He shows his boss the video of the squirrel on the owner’s shoulder and boss shrieks! “What in God’s name does that devil think he’s doing!” “Yea boss, and he’s a NY resident!”

“Not for long if I can help it!” He picks up a phone, immediately starts explaining to whoever is on the other end. Boss hangs up the phone, turns to Jeff, “excellent work, we should have it approved for you to go bust up this love affair as soon as we get the paperwork back—”

“—okay boss, I’ll let my wife know I’ll be late fo—”

“—in 8-12 months.” He continues.

“8-12 months?!” Jeff exclaimed!

“Yes,” his boss said, “I know that doesn’t leave much time to prepare, but I had to ask them to expedite it. The deep state drone strikes an American Citizen of squirrel descent (in a more bureaucratic and sterile kind of way).

After their home was searched thoroughly on the level of a federal drug raid. It turned out New York State was there to take P-Nut the Squirrel and Fred the Raccoon, who are the most famous Squirrel and most famous Raccoon alive, at least they were until the monsters of this Federal Bureaucracy had their way with them. These nasty motherfuckers euthanized both animals. It’s fucking bullshit and unacceptable, they did that shit as easily as you’d smash a mosquito that was feasting on your blood. Then, get this, when the outrage started catching up to them these murderous authorities said that they were attacked by the animals, so they had to euthanize them. That shit is exactly, as easy to believe as “Freddie Grey dying of natural causes after he was cuffed and put in the car a healthy man, and was D.O.A. The closest we ever were to knowing the truth of that mess was when the cops admitted that he got roughed up from the ride over because he didn’t wear a seatbelt, and I’m sure that the closest we’ll ever get to “JUSTICE 4 P-NUT” and “ALL FRED’S WANT FOOD”, is what we know right now. Then one day the FEDs bust in like they’re taking down El Chapo, thoroughly ransack the farm and why? I can only imagine. Mark: the complaints were, we’re told, are Anonymous. So, Anonymous claims got the state to get a search warrant, which was signed by multiple different departments, and a judge so I want to know, what the evidence was that this was such a devastating thing to the community. That we had to waste tax, taxpayers’ dollars and ruin a family in a nonprofit animal rescue, because we have power?

Leading with some good old war propaganda about Russia-Ukraine, which opens the door for America to get their day in court as this scumbag, one of the infamous “51 former intelligence officers” who “say the ‘Hunter Biden laptop’ has all the classic earmarks of a Russian ‘information operation’” which was very carefully worded as everyone noted back 4 years ago before we knew anything about it. Instead of outright lying as they normally do, no doubt they knew that this one would come to light and the obvious partisanship being carried by the modern intelligence community, would be seen for what it was. Not like they care about shame, really, they murdered a president, joined forces with the mujahadin in Afghanistan in the 80’s and Al-Qaeda in Syria in 2016, not to mention moving cocaine into the inner cities and spawning the crack epidemic that ruined billions of lives even to this day. Bottomline, is they wanted Joe Biden to win. Michael Morell, the guy who organized the letter already admitted this in a closed hearing with Congress, that’s one of the facts that came to light since the debate in 2020 when this letter was formulated and fabricated as a response to voters about the laptop that Hunter Biden abandoned at a computer repair shop in Delaware. In the transcript of the hearing, it says plain as day, “…the goal was to help Joe Biden…” More in the following:

Mr. Gaetz: I have two questions for you. So, you said that—you testified that what triggered this letter was Mr. Blinken's contact to you—Mr. Morell. Yes, sir. Mr. Gaetz: — regarding the Biden campaign's desire to have it?

Mr. Gaetz: Okay. And then the goal of the letter was to help Joe Biden, right?

Mr. Morell: Let me just say one thing in response. He asked me if I thought the Russians could be involved in this. As far as I remember, he did not ask me to put out a statement. So, yes, he triggered the statement; he did not ask for it, as far as my memory goes.

Mr. Gaetz: And the goal was to help Joe Biden win the Presidential election.

Mr. Morell: One of two goals, yes, sir.

Mr. Gaetz: And the mechanism that you specifically contemplated with a letter useful in winning that election was the upcoming Presidential debate, right.

Mr. Morell: Yes, sir.

Mr. Gaetz: So how did you decide who to solicit?

Mr. Morell: We wanted -- you know, I'd say three things. Number one -- and I think I mentioned these before. One is we wanted some senior officials. Two is we wanted some balance across the administrations. And three is we wanted some Russia experts. So that's who we targeted.

Shew! Talk about being efficient, they split the people on between senior officials, officials across administrations for ideological balance, and some Russian experts to create a facade of “expertise.” This is the guy who actually organized this, that idiot arguing with Bret Baier was just one of the signees that got picked, maybe he didn’t know better, but Michael Morell did and did this for partisan reasons. Amaryllis Kennedy, Former CIA Officer said, “During her days if you were caught with a Democrat or Republican pin in the wall of your cubicle, they could fire you.” Now, they are working to fix domestic elections.

So, Let’s Talk About What They Were Hiding…

Most people think that laptop was simply about Hunter’s promiscuity and crack addiction, but this is not true. In the laptop there was evidence of Hunter and Joe’s business dealings overseas. Hunter was placed on the board of the corrupt energy company called Burisma for hundreds of thousands of dollars a month, with promise that he could influence his father to let some things slide. (Remember this for later in the story.) He profited off his father’s name. There’s also proof in the laptop of Joe accepting money from the Chinese Government to promote the Belt-and-Road Initiative, it might not have been only for that, there is reporting that after Joe Biden visited China in his younger days, he really loved China and their people and believed in the initiative, that’s even more of a reason that this laptop story shouldn’t have been suppressed.

There were many narratives about this story when it came out, all of them attempting to diminish the story. And one by one, in the last 4 years, new information by muckrakers, raking the muck, came to light. First, they said, the laptop wasn’t his—that was a lie. Okay, but it was altered by Russians—ABC analyzed it and found it to be completely authentic. The FBI took possession of it in 2019, found it completely authentic. Hunter Biden admitted in his lawsuit to get it back that it was completely authentic. It was from a Russian hack—also not true, it was brought to Rudy Giuliani by the PC repair guy. Giuliani had it altered to help Trump—Are you kidding?? The guy wears Depends! The FBI and Intelligence community haven’t vetted for Russian disinformation—the FBI received a copy of the hard drive from this laptop a year before Rudy knew it existed!!

Here’s what we know, Hunter has a laptop that got wet, he takes it to a pc repair shop, owned by John Paul Mac Isaacs, yes that’s his name. John fixes it, Hunter never comes to get it. After a certain allotted time, the laptop is forfeited to the shop. JP looks into it, and sees the contents, sees it contains illegal contents, and turns it in to the FBI. John Paul dislike Joe Biden so this was a jackpot. He made copies of the hard drive in case the FBI didn’t do anything. They did not; During that time, he’s watching the news, doesn’t understand why nothing is becoming of this laptop? He waits a year then takes a copy of it to Rudy Giuliani. Rudy Giuliani is being surveilled by the FBI, so they know he gave it to him. They see Rudy give it to the New York Post. They authenticate it and write the original, October Surprise, Hunter Biden Laptop story. Chaos ensues.

So, from the outside, the view was that all of big tech (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) in collaboration with each other, worked together to crush this story. The truth was much more premeditated and nefarious than that.

In the years following this event, we’ve learned, slowly, piece by piece then all at once, like solving the puzzle on Wheel of Fortune, that the entire intelligence community, collaborated with trusted heads of all the Corporate News Corporations (Garrett Graff, and the Lead Censors of Institutions such as the Aspen Institute, University of Washington, and Stanford Internet Observatory, and Others in the Anti-Disinformation Complex, to pre-bunk, The Hunter Biden Laptop Story before the 2020 Election, sound absurd? The Tabletop Exercise to “Pre-Bunk” Russian Disinformation that “Might” Be Related To “The Burisma Leak”

This is all the context surrounding the Aspen Tabletop Exercise.

Yoel Roth hilariously, debunks a Washington Post article to the FBI in this internal message:

16. In fact, Twitter debunked false claims by journalists of foreign influence on its platform "We haven’t seen any evidence to support that claim” @NBC News of foreign-controlled bots.

“Our review thus far shows a small-scale domestic troll effort…”

17. After FBI asks about a WaPo story on alleged foreign influence in a pro-Trump tweet, Twitter's Roth says, "The article makes a lot of insinuations... but we saw no evidence that that was the case here (and in fact, a lot of strong evidence pointing in the other direction).”

18. It's not the first time that Twitter's Roth has pushed back against the FBI. In January 2020, Roth resisted FBI efforts to get Twitter to share data outside of the normal search warrant process.

30. Efforts continued to influence Twitter's Yoel Roth. On June 25th, 2020, Roth participated in an Aspen Institute “tabletop exercise” on a potential "Hack-and-Dump" operation relating to Hunter Biden The goal was to shape how the media covered it — and how social media carried it

So, they are War-Gaming things that might happen before and after the 2020 election. What scenario did they choose? The Burisma Leak. Remember that from the beginning? Hunter was receiving more money than I make in 3 years, per month, on the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. Not because he had so much insight into the energy business, because he might, with the influence of his father who was, at that time in the Obama Administration the point man for Ukraine policy, be able to let some shit slide. Corruption for corruption for corruption.

They even used the names of actual Good Journalists that they disliked like —who I’m sure they only disliked because he sued them and won on the basis of telling the fucking truth. Actually, this was before he won, this was before he was banned, this was when he was simply doing journalism they didn’t like.

All the way through this they are using real names of people they don’t like; I forgot about that part.

This was all orchestrated in part by the FBI, and Government controlled NGO’s, all while knowing that the laptop was already in the FBI’s possession, they knew where it came from, they knew it was real.

So, let’s talk about the Great American Journalists who chose to keep this a secret, who are they?

By the way, the people listed above are the gutless heads of the media conglomerates that chose to keep this silent. This doesn’t include those from Intelligence, and FBI, and NSA, and CISA, who were actually giving the exercise.

They all kept this quiet. I guess they knew who to choose, they knew who would simply comply. Could you imagine being a journalist and getting called to do this exercise, and not doing the story!!! The “Burisma Leak” exercise predicted many elements of the real response to the New York Post’s coming Hunter Biden story, including complaints from influential Democratic congressman Adam Schiff about its “source and veracity,” and public statements from “former senior intelligence officials” falsely raising the specter of a “Russian operation.”

Newly uncovered documents show the war-gamed, choreographed response to the New York Post piece in October 2020 — which included temporary suppression by those tech platforms Twitter and Facebook — may have been part of a broader plan to re-think basic journalistic standards in general, beyond just the one incident. The genesis of this idea appeared to come from a paper co-authored by two Aspen tabletop attendees, both from Stanford: longtime journalist Janine Zacharia and former Obama and Trump Cybersecurity Policy Director Andrew James Grotto. Their “How to Report Responsibly on Hacks and Disinformation: 10 Guidelines and a Template for Every Newsroom” included the idea of ditching the “Pentagon Papers Principle,” insisting, “authentication alone is not enough to run with something.”

All of these things were done, in the name of softening the blow on Joe Biden when this story came out, and conditioning the Media, and heads of the Big Tech platforms to see this, when it came out, not as just any story, this was the story that these people of the highest authority told us to look out for.

Because the censorship that all of this led to, had somewhat of a Streisand Effect, they couldn’t keep it from coming up in the presidential debate, so what do they do?

Congress did an excellent investigation of this, because it never sounded right, and it was not. I mean, 51 Intelligence Officials signed a letter saying this “has all the “Classic Ear Marks” of a Russian information operation. It’s Real fucking absurd, you can read the whole letter here if you want, but here are the facts:

Antony Blinken, at the time a top Biden Campaign Official—now our Secretary of State—called Former Deputy to the Director of the CIA, Michael Morell, and although we don’t know what was said on that phone call, whatever was said, Morell said his conversation with Blinken inspired him to pen this letter, He said to investigators, Blinken’s phone call with him “Triggered” this statement, and “We think Trump will attack Biden on the issue at this week’s debate, we want to give the Vice President a talking point to use in response.”

A talking point that was proven on practically every level to be untrue!

And this brainless fool, all these years, and all these document releases later is still trying to spin this. Still trying to get us to believe that this isn’t, what it so obviously was. Every institution, from the dirt to the sky, tried to lie this out of existence, but the truth prevailed, as it always does, and David Priest, ex-CIA, doesn’t have to regret signing onto that letter, he doesn’t have to regret lying to us, but he should regret lying to himself, but I must ask “Have you no sense of Decency, Sir?”

It’s 2012. I was picked up for a bench warrant when the vehicle I was riding home from work in was rear-ended. Upon arrival of the authorities they ran everyone’s name through the National Crime Information Center(NCIC). My name came up for failing to appear in court six months earlier. Unknown: We thought you was dead in here.

Me: No. Not dead. Just feel dead.

unk: How long you here?

Me: I’m waiting on another county to come pick me up.

JM: What ya do down there?

Me: I owe ‘em money.

Unk: You ever killed someone?

Me: Ummmm what?!*Nervous Laughter*

Unk: Do you know who he is?

Now there’s nervous laughter from all 3 of us. That was a fucking WILD thing to say. This was a month after his arrest for the murder of a young boy. I’ve never forgotten this exchange.

And that’s the last time I’ll be involved in this story.

James Mallory reached out to local news station WLKY for an interview after it was reported the day before that he was an informant for the prosecution of notorious, high-profile, and now deceased as of 2021, Jon “Hot Boy” Jones. Who had recently been found not guilty of violent crimes including murder on two different occasions. WLKY reporter Duane Pohlman showed for the interview.

DP: Alright James, why’d ya get a hold of me? Why do you-why do you wanna talk?

JM: I got a hold of you because there was some fabrication on the news, that was allegedly said that I was informing or that I’m coming to be a key witness and testify in a case that I’m not even testifying in, that I have no knowledge of, and I’ve not forewarned nobody.

DP: OK. Forgive my confusion, the reporting said, ‘This is what was said in court’. By the prosecutor. Prosecutor said they intended to call you as a witness. Have you been called as a witness?

JM: Yes.

DP: And the defense says, ‘we believe he's been an agent’, because there was this, this, and this. So you're saying that you've given no information about this case?

JM: No information about this case, when I was subpoenaed, I told the judge on record yesterday that I didn't want to come to court. I don't know nothing about testifying on this, on this guy that's in question, John Jones, and he said that I still got to come on the first, I mean on the 1:00 on Thursday. If I don't, then I'm gonna be locked up.

DP: You don't know Hot Boy?

JM: I mean, I know him, but I mean, he's never told me nothing about his case. He's never admitted nothing to me about doing anything. He's my… we Muslims I mean, I know him, but I'm not. I'm not coming to testify on him.

DP: OK, here's what they say. You wrote a letter. Did you write a letter?

JM: No.

DP: You never wrote a letter? They have a letter in their repossession.

JM: No, I've never wro-

DP: You never-

JM: No.

DP: OK, the letter said you had bombshell of information. You never-

JM: I never wrote no letter. I never talked to detectives (or been questioned) on this guy John Jones. It’s propaganda that's been going on since I've been released. It's coming from the jail. It's coming from people. I've never talked to detectives. In fact, they tried to reach me since I've been out and I've declined to talk to ‘em. I just left from my attorney’s office today. And questioning on this, on everything that's going on?

DP: They also say you visited Hot Boy in jail. Did you visit him in jail?

JM: Yes, I visited him.

DP: They said they have recordings of that. Are you aware of that?

JM: I'm aware of about what the news said.

DP: You never knew they were recorded.

JM: I mean it says it’s monitored and recorded, but it wasn't nothing that was said that was wrong anyway. I just visited him as a friendly basis.

DP: Did you know him from jail or did you know him before?

JM: I mean, I've been knowing him for a few years.

DP: OK, you visited him? How many times?

JM: I visited him once. I've only been out a few weeks.

DP: Yeah. So you visited how many days ago?

JM: Been about it was on. It was on a Sunday, so I say it's been about 10 days ago.

DP: Did he admit anything to you? Did you ask him about anything?

JM: What does he have to admit, we wasn't talking about nothing of no case. I just came to see him on a friendly basis and see how he was doing and it(there) was stuff that was being said, It(that) wasn't true, so I was trying to clarify and and and make things you know. clear and come out, that I'm not, I'm not here to testify on nobody.

DP: You were there to tell him you weren’t ratting him out.

JM: Yea, it's just not my character.

DP: So you were there to say, ‘Look, dude. I'm not doing this.’

JM: Yeah, this- that stuff being said, and me and him talked, and whatever the taped conversation said, neither one of us said nothing that was about his case or nothing of that sort.

DP: Did you share a jail cell with him?

JM: I've been in jail with a lot of people.

DP: Yea but, I mean, with him.

JM: It's not a jail cell.(it’s) A dorm, I Mean I would be lying if I said I wasn't in a dorm with him.

DP: Did you talk to him while you were in?

JM: Yea, we muslims, we fasted together, did Ramadan, he raps and I rap, I got an album coming out. And you know, I support his rap.

DP: Ok. So you've been in trouble. Your most recent trouble that brought you into jail was probation violation?

JM: Yes. Last year, on May the 12th I got locked up, which I have paperwork in my hand that shows that I was with revoked.

****Shows reporter his paperwork. What’s important in this interview is that there was a reason James reached out. He’s not a great communicator but what he was is afraid and in desperation. He went to visit the guy in jail because he was afraid the guy would send people after him. He felt like he needed to clear his name, and he was right****

DP: You were associating with a convicted felon. You're not clean, in other words, you’re not living a clean life? You're not pretending to.

JM: Nah.

DP: But, they're saying you're an informant.

JM: Where is this coming from?

DP: The people who are arguing the case. The prosecution AND the defense had a major discussion about you.

JM: The prosecution yesterday was asked by Rob Eggert am I an agent, Or did they send me up or to see this guy? And he said out of his own mouth that I'm not an agent and he didn't send me up there to see him, and I wasn't sent up there to get this guy to admit to nothing in question.

DP: What is the letter from you then?

JM: I don't know what this letter has been, supposedly last year about. My handwriting is exposed. I've been in the system for years. I didn't write no letter, and in fact, for my *shock, to put this on the news and in questioning(?) is this is what was filed on the motion when I was at North Point Training Center, and this is when I was down there(Showing Paperwork) and it went on motion hour. This is on-this is on court docket and motion hour, which can be seen that they put me in for shock, with not being informant. They put me in for shock because 180 days was almos up and I stayed out of trouble, and I used this as a vehicle to be shocked back out in Judge Chauvin’s courtroom.

DP: Never made a deal?

JM: Never made a deal. Never.

DP: Told the authorities about anyone about any violent crime. You never tip, never informed anyone about anything.

JM. Never, never. Well, I already had my shock put in when I was revoked.

DP: So you're trying to clear your name?

JM: I'm trying to clear my name for several reasons because the media has certain ways that they could, twist and groove things to make it look at(like) something that it’s not. You know I can put-

DP: Let-let-let, me make sure you understand something. The media reports what they hear, in, court. Yeah, so you're you're contention’s not with me.

JM: Yea, It's what was said in court.

DP: So. You're trying to clear your name. You're not a rat.

JM: Yes, that's what- I'm not a rat. Why would I-I did 12 years and I didn't say nothing? I did-I did two more years on this eight. I've been doing time all my life. It's not nothing to brag about, but I Stand for something.

DP: Never cooperated with authorities.

JM: Never cooperated on anything.

DP: Is that a bad thing?

JM: I mean, it's not something that I prefer. I-I can't speak for the next guy. I gotta speak for me.

Here’s where it gets really important

DP: James, are you getting any kind of heat in the neighborhood for being portrayed this way.

JM: I mean. I mean, it's just a bunch of people calling my phone and questioning. It's like you know.

DP: Are they threatening you?

JM: I mean, nothing like threatening, I mean.

DP: Your family?

JM: Not to my knowledge. But you know my phones been ringing. I got a phone and you know, people call.

DP: What do they say, what are you doing?

JM: Yea, what am I doing and asking me? Is this true, that I got on shock, I’m doing shows. I just opened up for Kirko Bangz and I opened up a Webbie. I'm a rapper. And this is trying to tarnish my name before my career even gets out.

DP: But what kind of thing? Just. Bear with me. I know, it's tough. And I don't live where you live, but is it a bad thing to say someone? Told me something about that, they did it.

JM: Yes, it's basically like, in retrospect talking about Jesus Christ, to a really devoted Christian. It’s just something that’s not tolerated when you live a certain perspective of your life. It’s just something I’m not-I’m not-

DP: What's the worst thing you could do on the street?

JM: The worst thing you can do on the streets is-is set people up or try to be a rat because you want to get deals, because you messed up and, you want to get help on your case.

DP. If you’re known as a rat is someone gonna get you?

JM: I mean it's it's a possibility. Anything is-

DP: Are you worried?

JM: I'm not worried about nothing. I just want to make this clarified. There’s people that believe in me, and there’s people that know what I stand for, and that's that's putting me basically. It’s like marketing, if you put out something or advertise a car and you say that this is ‘Built Ford Tough’ but then everybody, that buys your car, and they’re driving around and your car shuts down, nobody is going to buy your product anymore.

DP: So they’re chipping away at your credibility.

JM: Yes.

DP: Right?

JM: Yes, yes, that's exactly what's going on. Paperwork don’t lie.

DP: Have you talked to the prosecutor?

JM: I talked to the prosecutor yesterday, when they called me to court and I told him, exact words, ‘I don't wanna be here. I'm not testifying on nobody and I'm gonna tell the judge that, and then on the docket, the news cameras didn’t see this, but I told the judge I didn't want to come and I didn't want to testify on nobody because I didn’t know nothing.

DP: Let me ask you this. If you knew something, someone told you about something so… Critical like an attempted murder would you tell anybody then?

JM: I'm saying, this just seemed like a trick question. I don't want to be in nobody else's business, so I wouldn't even let nobody confide something like that to me.

DP: But would you talk to the authorities, if you knew somebody did something wrong?

JM: No, because it's not my business. I'm living my own life

DP: Got it. We’re good.

That interview was posted to Youtube on February 22nd, 2012. The murder of 15-year-old Gregory Holt took place on April 11th that same year. Hours after the mother of the boy helped a trio of killers get to Mallory, so they could “execute” James Mallory for the crime of being an informant. Which he was not. At the behest of Jon ‘Hot Boy’ Jones. A killer, yes, informant, no, but this begs the question, what would you do if every news station was calling you an informant, and one of Louisville’s most known criminals was sending people to kill you? Did he know who he had killed? I don’t know. We might never know. If this story hadn’t been botched so terribly, or if maybe, they had chosen to protect a police source, whether he was or not, instead of airing it out that little boy might still be alive. I believe in bringing the truth to the light, but this is an example of when it goes bad. They could’ve at least, not printed his name, or waiting until after court. Jesus christ!

*Shock refers to ‘shock probation’. When you recieve a sentence of time in state prison at ‘Final Sentencing’ the judge has the option to give you your sentence on probation instead of being remanded to the state. If they decline to do that for whatever reason the judge has the option 60 days after you’ve received your classification level to probate your sentence, which is called ‘shock probation’. We used to say, it’s a ‘shock that you got it’ because not many people do. I never did.

Although it does seem that James offered information in a letter, that he didn’t have, in order to get shock probation. It’s not obvious that he let on who the information was about. The fact of the matter is he did not inform on anyone, but they made it seem to everyone that he already had. James was in jail, desperate to get out, he wrote a letter claiming to have “bombshell information” and they fell for it and let him out. He didn’t know that would work. I’d have said the same thing. Bottom line, you can’t make nobody speak. And if he had no info, you can’t get blood out of a turnip. And you shouldn’t blast him, all over the news, calling him a rat. Does WLKY think they’re running some kind of racket? Jesus, what are they thinking?! It’s almost like they had it out for this guy.

In the next interview Mallory is in jail for the murder of a 15-year-old boy. The target was supposed to have been his mother Kendra Wilson, he shows reporters the bullet hole that is now about healed from the close encounter with death that he had the night before he killed young Gregory Holt.

In this interview he says, without a doubt, that the first interview, when he was trying to clear his name he was reaching out for help. He couldn’t out-and-out say it, but that’s what he was doing. James got out of jail on shock probation knowing he would never cooperate and take the stand against anyone. He said whatever he could to get his freedom back. They wanted him to testify against one of Louisville’s most notorious criminals, on paper at least, of course he was not going to do that, but the local news, based on what they heard in court, before talking to the guy made him seem like a ‘bought and paid for’ working informant. He tried to clear his name to Jon Jones’ face and then tried to clear his name in the media. Neither worked. There was a bounty put up for him. Kendra Wilson led him into an alley where three men were there to kill him. He was shot in his leg, but he got away. He fled. In retaliation, him and two other men broke into Kendra Wilson’s home with payback on their minds and instead of finding her they found her son and shot him to death. In the unraveling of this story, it seems, the only real victim here is Gregory Holt. Everyone else is complicit, but it starts with the media.

By the way, this story was outlined in ‘lockup extended stay’. I felt like there was a different angle to this however, being that none of this would’ve happened this way it hadn’t been blasted by all of the local news.

In this clip it all comes to fruition. Mallory takes the stand and helps neither side, the prosecution or the defense. All sides lose in this story. I wish there was a happier ending but their just is not, except for this, Movies aren’t real. When you agree to help the authorities they WILL get what they want and hang you out to dry. There’s no safehouses like on “Sons of Anarchy”, although that safehouse doesn’t end well either. I’d bet if someone talked to Mallory today, off the record, he would’ve rather finished that 8-year sentence that he was already 2-years in on.

Jon “Hot Boy” Jones dies at 33

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A Louisville man who evaded murder convictions twice and was found not guilty in two other attempted murders has died from a drug overdose.

Jon “Hot-Boy” Jones was once considered one of Louisville’s most dangerous criminals. Every time he was charged, he walked away with a lesser charge at most. He eventually called himself Mr Not Guilty .

Jones died of a drug overdose on Wednesday. Jones was released from prison in 2019.

Once called the “most dangerous man in Louisville” by authorities in 2012.

Won two separate murder trials.

Received 10 years for attempted murder in 2012-2013.

Was released in 2019.

Died at age 33 in 2020. Overdosed on fentanyl.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- John 'Hot Boy' Jones seems to be an elusive criminal not because he can't be caught, but because a murder charge doesn't seem to ever stick. Back in 2005, police arrested then 18-year-old Jones and charged him for the shooting death of Christopher Harrison on June 16, 2005. The crime happened at 39th and Main Streets. Police said back then Jones shot Harrison and another man multiple times.

In 2005, we talked to Prosecutor John Heck about this case, who said they didn't have a lot of evidence and witnesses didn't come forward. Heck stated then 'When you're dealing with one gang member taking out a drug dealer, this is going to scare the community. People in this community don't want to get involved out of fear of their own safety.' Heck offered Jones a lesser charge of reckless homicide if he would plead guilty. Jones took the plea and was released from jail less than a year after the shooting, in April of 2006.

Then just a year later, in April 2007, another shooting death was linked Jones. This one was at a gas station on Broadway, and the victim was James Bland. The day of the murder we talked to Bland's grandmother who said 'They told us he was here getting some gas, putting gas in a can, and someone wearing a hood on his head walked up and started shooting.' In March 2009 Jones was acquitted of Bland's murder.

Now, in 2011, Jones is wanted again. Police say he shot a woman in St. Matthews at the Jamestown Apartment complex across the street from Baptist Hospital East. Police say they're not sure if it was a carjacking or robbery, but they say when Jones approached the woman's car she tried to drive off. Then police say he backed up and shot into the car, striking the woman in the head. She survived and police are hunting Jones once again.

Detective Larry Alvey spoke with us off camera Sunday. He says the woman shot at Jamestown Apartments is doing very well, and that at this time Jones will likely face a persistent felony offender charge, which carries with it a minimum 10 year sentence.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

After a lengthy and complicated trial, John Jones was sentenced to 10 years in prison Monday.

There have been many developments in Jones' trial. He was found not guilty for attempted murder. Instead, the jury convicted him of two other charges from when Jones, also known as Hot Boy, was accused of trying to kill a woman in 2010.

The verdict came back in his favor, but in the case, the jury said he was guilty of something else, tampering with a witness and being a persistent felony offender..

"I'm going to follow the jury's recommendation and sentence Mr. Jones to 10 years based upon the jury recommendation," said Jefferson County District Court Judge Fred Cowan.

That recommendation stemmed from Jones' visit with James Mallory in jail.

Mallory was a witness in the Jones case, and prosecutors had plenty to say about that visit and its impact.

"The victim is our criminal justice system. When people try to tamper with the system, when they try to predetermine their face in their case, when they try to fix it before they even walk into the courtroom, that is a very serious crime and we believe that it should be taken very seriously," said Commonwealth Attorney Tom Van De Rostyne.

Jones' attorneys, on the other hand, requested the court grant him probation.

"And now he's supposed to do time for tampering with an accused murderer, who they let out and then went to the jail, to talk to him?" said defense attorney Rob Eggert. "I mean really, it turns justice on its head."

Mallory is accused of killing a 15-year-old boy and being an informant.

For both the prosecution and defense, Monday's sentencing begged the question about the validity of jailhouse informants.

"He's your classic jailhouse snitch that they never should have dealt with, never should have gotten out, never should have freed," said Eggert.

Jones' attorneys said in court Monday that they plan on appealing the 10-year sentence.

Above is the tribute at his funeral which is terribly sad. And oddly nostalgic seeing the chairs being social distanced and people in masks. It’s hilarious how dumb we were. As if sitting 6 feet apart would stop a virus that is aerosolized in the air.

As someone who hated police and authority as a young person, and memorized every word to “Colt 45” by Afroman(although those lyrics make me blush nowadays and I’d NEVER sing them out loud) an outrageous story of police STUPIDITY still puts me at attention, ready to dive straight off the cliff! This story is so fucking outrageous! So, here goes, reporting by Vice, The Guardian, and Excerpted below from Reason:

When sheriff's deputies in Adams County, Ohio, raided Afroman's house last year, they were looking for more than just marijuana, which the rapper is famously fond of. The deputies were searching for evidence of outlandish claims from a confidential informant that the house contained a basement dungeon.

The Adams County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) executed a search warrant on Afroman's house last August on suspicion of drug possession, drug trafficking, and kidnapping. Afroman was not charged with a crime, and the kidnapping angle was never explained. But now, public records obtained by Arthur West, a public records advocate, and provided to Reason shed more light on the raid, which has since led to a bitter legal battle between Afroman and the ACSO deputies.

According to the search warrant affidavit, the Adams County Sheriff's Office received a tip from a confidential informant that Joseph Foreman, better known as Afroman, was not only trafficking large amounts of marijuana, but he also "has a basement, referred to as 'the dungeon' in which he…keeps women locked in, forcing them to urinate and defecate in a bucket as punishment for upsetting or disobeying him."

So, reading that you must think, “Oh Afroman is about to get they asses”, WRONG! These spineless motherfuckers should have NOTHING to say except, “I am SO sorry sir, is there anything we can do, maybe, a police escort to the grocery store, or we’ll give you free security for your next local show?!” Maybe that’s a big ask, but an apology would’ve been nice.

Body camera footage of the raid shows the deputies—after the initial excitement of busting down the front door—ambling through Afroman's house, rifling through his clothes and CDs, and trying to find false walls and secret rooms. 

But the hourslong search turned up no evidence to corroborate the claim of a basement dungeon. Part of the problem may have been that, as Afroman's record label told Vice, the house did not have a basement.

There was no big stash of weed either. According to search warrant documents, deputies recovered a glass jar containing "green leafy vegetation" (shake, according to deputies on the body camera footage), THC wax, and several pipes. 

The deputies also seized more than $5,000 in cash, which they were ultimately forced to return. (The returned amount was $400 short, which an investigation later determined was due to a counting error by deputies.)

Reason has extensively written about how police departments use unreliable confidential informants and unverified tips to launch violent, unconstitutional raids.

In a statement to Reason on Afroman's behalf, Adam "Dot" Muniz, the director of operations for Music Access Inc., Afroman's distributor, says the search warrant's allegations are "entirely false. If there was any indication they were true, he would have been arrested during the unlawful police raid."

Afroman has yet to be charged with any crime. He subsequently used surveillance footage of the raid and cellphone video taken by his wife to lampoon the ACSO deputies. He released two music videos for songs mocking the cops, "Lemon Pound Cake" and "Will You Help Me Repair My Door." He also sold merchandise with images of the deputies and used the footage to promote his products and tours.

The mockery offended the deputies so much that seven of them filed a lawsuit against Afroman in March. The deputies argue Afroman used their personas for commercial purposes without permission, causing them to suffer "embarrassment, ridicule, emotional distress, humiliation, and loss of reputation."

Which I’m sure they did, also, THEY FUCKING DESERVED IT! It’s amazing he was able to capitalize off of them for once instead of them capalizing off all of us! They were paid to invade his privacy, so in turn, he made some money capitalizing off of them. If there was any real evidence behind the raid I could see them being a little bit upset, not really though, but there wasn’t. There was a random confidential call made asserting that he had woman locked in his basement, referred to as a dungeon, here’s the statement according to court documents:

Police officers who conducted a botched armed raid of rapper Afroman’s home last year have filed a lawsuit against him for invasion of privacy and emotional distress after he used footage of it in his music videos.

I included this one because it’s the one that made me for real livid. They are suing him for invasion of privacy when what really happened is they illegally invaded his privacy! This is some Orwellian bullshit if I’ve ever seen it.

So I ran across this story after watching an interview with Afroman on Louder With Crowder, not a show I frequent often, but then how often do they have a rapper from my childhood on.

He was on to talk about his new remix to a classic “Hunter Got High”. Which was hilariously done, if you haven’t heard it I’ll include it below. I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t know what Afroman looked like, I pictured him as more Dave Chappelle sized, so when I seen this song in my timeline I didn’t think it was really him, so I scrolled on past it. But it’s real, and his take on Hunter Biden in this interview was AMAZING!

“Biden passed a crime bill, got a lot of black people locked up in prison, yeah, you know. A little crack residue and, man you was on the yard, with the Mexican Mafia man, good Lord. You know, and here this guy is like, you know, smoking crack! You know, I don't even smokcrack, I smoke weed and everything, but I just watched a whole lot of people go to prison, you know what I'm saying, and then, even Kamala Harris was complaining about, you know, some kind of bus system. I think he kind of chose her to make up for something… I got too, I got high, something, I was with Hunter and, I don't remember. but I just think about how like, I get raided for weed and this dude, smokes crack, all in the white house and, find it too, right, yeah you know, and I'm not mad at him. I don't want nothing bad to happen to him. I'm just saying like, knock it off, if you're going to let this dude, get away with all of this, let me smoke my weed, decriminalize marijuana, federally.”

I know it gets a little wild there, but the basis stands. What I’ve learned in my life is that critical times and critical positions we take against people come back to bite you. Rush Limbaugh said drug addicts should be sent to prison, eventually, he became one. I accused a girlfriend of cheating on me and eventually she did, I stole things and in turn lost things, a guy who used to ridicule me and call me a dope fiend, when I was, to make a spectacle of me, one year later that same guy was 150 pounds lighter, and panhandling, we should truly be careful who and how we criticize, because it’s all fun till the rabbits got the gun. Joe Biden disproportionately locked up hundreds of thousands of black and hispanic men and woman with a bill that he helped to author and push, which made crack-cocaine, which is literally the same chemical makeup as cocaine, a classification that placed a Mandaory Minimum Sentence 100-to-1, crack to powder cocaine, 5 grams of crack carries a 5-year-mandatory-minimum, while 500 grams of powder cocaine equals a 5-year-mandatory-minimum. Which Powder was considered a white persons drug and crack was considered a black persons. Listen to this passage:

Due in large part to the sentencing disparity based on the form of the drug, African Americans serve substantially more time in prison for drug offenses than do whites. The average sentence for a crack cocaine offense in 2003, which was 123 months, was 3.5 years longer than the average sentence of 81 months for an offense involving the powder form of the drug. Also due in large part to mandatory minimum sentences for drug offenses, from 1994 to 2003, the difference between the average time African American offenders served in prison increased by 77%, compared to an increase of 28% for white drug offenders. African Americans now serve virtuallyas much time in prison for a drug offense at 58.7 months, as whites do for a violent offense at 61.7 months. The fact that African American defendants received the mandatory sentences more often than white defendants who were eligible for a mandatory minimum sentence, further supports the racially discriminatory impact of mandatory minimum penalties.

123 Months is fucking CRAZY for drugs. That means over 10 calendars before even going up for parole. If you were involved in something like this, there is a VERY good chance your son might grow up to be a crackhead, who becomes intimate with his sister-in-law after his brother dies.

I felt a way about the idea of mass formation psychosis, Explained by Robert Malone as:

“When a society becomes decoupled from each other and has a free-floating anxiety, in a sense that things do not make sense. ... Then their attention gets focused by a leader or series of events on one small point, just like hypnosis," Malone told Rogan, "They literally become hypnotized and can be led anywhere ... They will follow that person -- it doesn't matter whether they lie to them or whatever, the data is irrelevant."

Also, laid out by Psychologist/Author Matthias Desmet in a book I have but have not finished reading yet, The Psychology of Totalitarianism. It’s described in his book description on Amazon:

a dangerous, collective type of hypnosis―as we bear witness to loneliness, free-floating anxiety, and fear giving way to censorship, loss of privacy, and surrendered freedoms. Maybe not a feeling but it seemed like the first thing to make sense of what we were seeing when I heard it laid out, however, it seems to me that maybe this thing has been going on my whole life, or at least since 2001.

When 9/11 happened I vividly remember the war drums, and being in 6th grade also learning what a Draft is, at least half the kids in my class couldn’t wait to go to war, and I remember being TERRIFIED. I THOUGHT I COULD GET DRAFTED! We were told that we MUST enlist in the military when we come of age, but I didn’t want to go to war, that seemed crazy. It all seemed so absurd that at least half of my friends weren’t afraid of getting killed, thinking back, maybe they had higher T then me, or maybe between the media manufacturing consent and the “Experts” lying to us, they created a group hypnosis like a Mass Formation.

So, immediately post-9/11, all the planes pulled from the sky, reports of other terrorist attacks on the news, then the anthrax debacle, the Patriot Act, TSA buckled down, the media started reporting different color flags for the threat levels when you went out.

We went to war to get the boogie man who is Osama Bin Laden, Afghanistan, Then, courtesy of one Judith Miller and Colin Powell, our country to war with Iraq, Saddam Hussein because THEY HAVE WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!!!

When they didn’t. Also, Bin Laden wasn’t there and turns out it was Saudi Arabia who set up the 9/11 attack, oh and Bin Laden, he was a CIA Asset, and we trained him and his group to do what they did to us.

Mind you all of the channels are reporting constantly on this, all of our ELECTED Leaders are All-In, this all sounds like it fits the description of a Mass Formation,

This all keeps us obedient and busy for quite some time,

Then the bank’s collapse, there was no jobs, I turned 18 in 2008 and immediately went to a homeless shelter because where was I gonna work, I had no clue the banks even fell, all I knew is there was no jobs in my little Kentucky town,

But everyone else was watching,

Then there was Occupy Wall Street,

The Arab Spring, the images of someone Burning themselves to death, in which using social media to correspond 4 countries revolted at near the same time

Then here comes Donald Trump, and the media went CRAZY! I was incarcerated when Trump got elected and No one could even believe it there.

The priors could be circumstantial, but starting here, SHITS GONE CRAZY!

It’s been 10 levels of RussiaGate, War with Iran, The Steele Dossier, The Pee Tape,

The pee tape, when I heard about the pee tape, I thought they meant the P-Tape, not sure what P- stands for, could be Prototype, but upon further investigation it was in fact pee tape, and it was not real.

And then COVID-19, there will be studies for the next thousand years on the propaganda campaigns during this time, it was fucking insane.

Masks, Social distancing, no mandates, now mandates, 15 days to stop the spread, Covid doesn’t transmit during protests, stay inside, lock your doors buy a gun, it was an impenetrable force, of “free floating anxiety”, Vaccines, Boosters, don’t say Ivermectin, UUUUUUUUUNTILLLLLLL…….

Now it’s been two-years of Ukraine Flags in bio’s 🇺🇦 Pundits are EXCLAIMING support, if you're not ready to go to war yourself, you are Pro-Putin,

Lindsey Graham quite literally said, “Russians are dying…. Best money we ever spent.”

But there are real Ukrainian people getting killed for our conquest, and a real Russia that IS a nuclear superpower, and a real chance that we could end up in a nuclear war with 2 bolstering blowhards, in a state of psychosis and ego, and very well could lead to the end.

No worry though, I'm sure Raytheon or General Dynamics will put the world back together after they break it.

Russell Brand has a great thing he says that seems fitting to this, “When you have an economic system in which pharmaceutical companies benefit hugely from medical emergencies, where a military industrial complex benefits from war, where energy companies benefit from energy crisis, you are going to generate states of perpetual crisis. For the interests of ordinary people are separate from the interests of elites”
